Music literally is life and I think this song works super well for this scene. Thanks for reading this chapter, hope you guys like it as much as the others! <3<3
Special thanks to oramakat for being a faithful reader!I was relieved to see a new comment on my story from BlackLight_00. I never thought I'd feel relief about anything to do with BlackLight_00, but I did.
Better.
I replied, Excuse me?
BlackLight_00: I'm talking about your story.
Well I don't care about your shitty opinions anymore, I lied. The small bit of relief I felt at his reply, didn't make up for the fact that he hadn't replied to my messages for so long,
BlackLight_00: You really want to start this again after what just happened?
FireAndBlaze: Why do you care?
BlackLight_00: I don't. Watching you grovel was the highlight of my day.
Despicable. He'd seen all of my messages—probably as soon as I'd sent them—and chosen to ignore them and message Sam. I thought the highlight was talking to your boyfriend.
BlackLight_00:...
FireAndBlaze: Sam. I just hope he knows what he's gotten himself into.
BlackLight_00: Now you're stalking me?
FireAndBlaze: I happened to glance at your profile once or twice.
BlackLight_00: Sam's cool.
FireAndBlaze: Is he a misogynistic pig like you?
BlackLight_00: Nope. She's a friend.
She?
I wasn't surprised to hear that he'd spent the whole day talking to some girl online. That was typical of him.
I was surprised some girl was willing to talk to him for that long. Any girl that liked BlackLight was immediately a red flag.
Why was I so shocked that BlackLight's friend was a girl?
I wondered if they liked each other, based on the comments it certainly seemed that way. They'd said so many revealing things.
Now that I thought about it, they were probably more than friends.
Huh, I typed back.
He said again, You know what would make this chapter better?
Your death? I responded.
BlackLight_00: A nicely shot picture of you will do too ;)
FireAndBlaze: Another screenshot to give to the Feds when they finally come to lock you up.
FireAndBlaze: And here I thought you might actually be giving me some constructive criticism, I said again.
