He took off his hoodie and, his hair fell on his forehead. His brown hair shined under the moonlight. I then move my gaze to his dark forest eyes. He Bored deep into my blue ocean. I felt getting lost in them. He is wearing a mask covering half of his face. He moved a little closer to me as he is a few inches away from my face. I looked into his eyes. They were sparkling. He let go of me and, he places his hands on either side of my face and leaning to my ears.
'' don't search for answers'' his deep voice with venom rang in my ears
''b-'' he cuts me, placing his index finger on my lips.
'' don't butt in something you don't have to walk away before the city '' he pauses and leans even closer to my ear. I feel his mask fabric touch my ear. '' takes you as its prey'' I close my eyes when he finishes his sentence. I open my eyes, and I couldn't find him.
I gained my breath, and walked out from there and looked around. I didn't find any. So, I walk back to the bar. I saw Joe was searching for me. I walk to him. he let out a sigh when he saw me. He pulled me into a hug '' I was so terrified that I couldn't find you.'' he buried his face in the crook of my neck. I froze for a second but, I hug him back. '' Joe shall we leave?'' he nods. we walked out of the bar and, I looked at the spot where I met 'hoodie' I stopped and looked over the place he pinned me to the wall. ''Taylor, come on'' Joe bought me to my reality. I looked at Joe and the wall.
We walked to my apartment. I stopped near the door, unlock it and turned around to face Joe. I hug him. he hugs back. '' Taylor, I liked spending time with you. I was thinking maybe if we could do that one more time.'' He whispers.
I nodded in response.
I pulled off and walked back into my apartment. I leaned my back on the door and closed my eyes. After a great time outside, I can think about are those green eyes.
The words kept repeating. I didn't know why I even followed them. All I know is that I was trying to find answers. Why is this city so different?
My enthusiasm won't let me live if I didn't find answers. I dragged myself from that door to my room. I fell on the bed, looking at the ceiling. I can see only green eyes, but before I could think of anything, I fell into a deep slumber.
He pins me to the wall and removes his hoodie.
His eyes stuck my mind like they are the very precious thing on this Earth. His eyes are the death of me as he bores his gaze into my soul.
Words stuck in my throat.
I forgot my name.
I don't see anything but only his eyes.
His voice rings in my ears. The song I can never get bored. His words themselves made me lose my consciousness. I can feel his breath getting faster with his face coming closer to my ear. '' don't butt in something you don't have to. Walk away before this city'' I gulp at his tone. '' takes you as its prey.'' he finishes it. I close my eyes, but when I opened them, I didn't find him.
I woke up from my dream and looked around. I'm safe in my room. I run my fingers in my hair to pull back all the hair that fell on my face. I looked out of the window, and I saw a bird chirping. I smiled and checked my phone to see the time. It showed at 10 am. I wide my eyes and rushed to take a shower. I walked out in a shirt and jeans. I ran out of my room to the kitchen to grab something to eat. I heard my phone I picked up without seeing the caller ID. '' hello'' I mumble while busy making my toast. '' hello Sistah'' I smiled. '' hey rob'' I said in high pitch. '' someone forgot about their brother, it's been a week we last spoke'' he says. I can imagine him pouting there. '' sorry, it was a long week and wait. I should go to the office'' I wide my eyes. '' missy, you don't have it today. Today is Saturday.'' he laughs. ''ahh right'' I let out a sigh.'' I wanna let you know that I will be crashing in London next week maybe so don't burn the house'' he jokes. I roll my eyes '' well, that is what you do not, me.'' I say, giggling '' anyway, I got to go'' he hung up. I smiled and ate my toast.
