Morning of Tim and Bruce

Morning of Tim

Tim opened his eyes rubbing them. He was in his bed. When did he fall asleep?

"Good Morning Tim." A sweet voice said. He saw that Marinette was sitting beside him.

"Marinette?" He asked.

She gave him the coffee,"Yes Marinette but not exactly your Marinette. I am from a different universe and stuff. This is my special coffee."

He drank it, "its amazing" he mumbled. He looked at her and noticed her dark circles,"Didn't sleep?" He asked.

"I often work with Tim and we end up sleeping on each other. So now I can't sleep without cuddling him." She said looking at her coffee, a slight blush.

His cheeks were much redder. "Uhh okay. So you are dating Jason too?"

She shook her head fast,"No. I'm dating you I-I mean Tim."

They sat in comfortable silence for some time.

"So uhh.... How is Marinette related to you?" She said breaking the silence.

"Oh, her. She is an exchange student. We are her host family. She used to live alone but because she is a problem magnet, long story short, we convinced her to live with us because the whole family likes her and don't want to get her hurt. B invited Ladybug to train with us as an apology and so she can protect the miraculous better." Tim provided.

"So, uh... you kinda fainted yesterday." Suddenly he remembered last night. Now, he was bright red. "Marinette, MDC and Ladybug were 3 different people before last night and it just came as a shock to me. The teasing didn't help."

She nodded,"So What are you thinking? You gonna marry her?"

He chuckled but closed his mouth when he noted she was serious,"I don't know? She sees me as a brother I think?"

She nodded,"You sound unsure."

Tim ran a hand through his hair,"I guess I just need time to think and maybe?"

She smiled,"You are just like my Tim. Always thinking about her first." She put a hand on his shoulder, he felt his face heat up,"You are an amazing man Tim. That's what I love about you. How long have you known her?"

"It's only been 5 months I think." She nodded.

"You do need time. I know him since I was 7. He was my best friend at first. I had to go to Paris. When I came back, we started dating."He nodded, trying to imagine what would it be like if they started dating. He shrugged it off.

Alfred came inside,"Master Timothy, Mistress Marinette dinner is ready."

"Let's go." She said, taking his hand.

Morning of Bruce

Bruce's sleep was interrupted by a soft knock on the door. He went to open it and saw a little crying Marinette clutching a pillow."Can I sleep with you Ubaba? I had a nightmare."

He nodded and picked her up. He had no idea how to deal with a crying child.He considered asking, 'Can you tell me what your Ubaba did when you have a nightmare?' He cancelled the option immediately. He made a nickname in his mind. He can't ask the child, she does not remember that she is in a different universe. If he told her that he is not his father then it will make it even more difficult for her. He can only wish that he could calm her down like the Bruce of her universe.

"Tell me what was your nightmare mon chou?" He said as calmly as he could.

"It was mamma and papa. They were burning and-and I tried to save them but-but then I was in the manor and the joker killed you all. He-He" She started crying and he shushed her whispering comforting words in her ear as gently as possible. She hugged him tightly. After some time she fell asleep on him and he moved her to his bed. He slept beside her hugging her. He was happy to think that he adopted such a lovely girl.

Next morning Alfred woke him up that breakfast will be ready in 15 minutes.

"Mon cher  wake up we have to go and have dinner with the family."He said gently shaking her.

"5 more minutes."She sleepily mumbled.

She woke up after a few attempts.

He scooped her in his arms and kissed her forehead,"Let's go." She giggled.

Her giggle warmed his heart but he felt disappointed when he thought of sending her back. He determined that he WILL make Marinette a part of his family. Even if he has to adopt her.

Yes the Bruce one was not exactly the morning but nevermind I apologize for that.
