jily: more than friends

"Expelliarmus!"  I hear a familiar but unidentifiable voice yell. "Stupefy!!" Another voice calls out. I hear a thud and a very faint "ouch." No, it can't be... in the blink of an eye, Moony, Padfoot and Wormtail appear next to me. "Did you hear that?" I ask Moony. "Yeah.. very faint... like someone is shooting curses at someone. We should probably lea-" he gets cut off "how do you like that, Evans?"  Oh, hell no. I start sprinting as fast as I can, following the swishing of wands and faint "please stop"'s coming from Lily.                                                                                                                 I see a mad looking blonde... Avery, and another boy.. a black-haired one. Mulciber. That could only mean one thing. I turn the corner and see Snivellus. "HEY" I yell as loud as I possibly can. Lily lets out a small whimper. I look around for her and she is back against a pillar, blood all around her. She has tears streaming down her eyes. I, being taller than Snivellus walk up to him, chest to chest. I punch his square in the jaw and he falls over I hop on top of him to beat him up. I see Moony run towards Lily-flower as soon as he sees her. I watch as Sirius runs straight at Mulciber and pushes him over. He hops on top of him and starts non-stop punching him in the face. Wormtail is shooting spells at Avery.                                         

After aound 5 minutes of non-stop punching and shooting spells we hear a professor running down the halls. I swear I saw a Ravenclaw watch what was happening. Seconds later McGonagall is trying to take away Wormtails wand, Dumbledore is trying to pull Sirius off Mulciber. McGonagall spots Moony and Lily in the corner and runs over to them. She whispers something in Moony's ear, he nods and stands up, picking Lily up as well. As soon as McGonagall is done talking to Moony she comes to pull me off. I just let her. I got enough satisfaction being able to punch him once. Moony is zoned out and is too busy watching us fight. He puts Lily-flower down but puts a protective arm around her. Dumbledore is furious and asks "WHAT ARE YOU THREE DOING??" while looking back and forth between me, Sirius and Peter. "Sir, you might wanna ask these three why they are shooting curses at Evans." Sirius says calmly but gasping for air because foof, beating up Snivellus and his friends is hard work. "DETENTION ALL OF YOU!! Except you, Mrs. Evans and Mr. Lupin." Dumbledore says with fury. He and McGonagall walk down the hallway, leaving us all alone. "So Snivellus, what do you have to say to Lily?" I ask with fury. "Filthy little Mudblood." Snape quietly whispers. "What did you say, Snivellus?" Sirius says with confusion and anger.

SNAPE'S POV

"I SAID: YOU FILTHY  LITTLE MUDBLOOD!" I say with fury. Oh my god.. I ruined it. I ruined my friendship with Lily. I run off with small tears in my eyes. Muliciber and Avery follow after me.

LILY'S POV

As soon as Severus's words hit me. I fall. I fall straight to the ground and breakdown. My best friend... my ex-best friend I guess I should say now. I can't believe he would say that to me. I feel a muscular grip pick me up and start carrying me bridal style.
