Chapter 5- I am the reason

~~Dylan's POV ~~

Back when i was young, i had a best friend. We do everything together. We never want to be apart, unfortunately, I was also the reason why she had to go away.

(Flashback)

I was looking at Trixie's photo, glaring at her pretty face, curly brown hair, sweet smile, brown eyes- in short her perfect face when my bestfriend Rodney called my attention.

"Hey Bro! still looking at that picture? You know everytime I will see you, you're looking at that photo. Why don't you ask her to be your girl friend?" he said

"Rod! Didn't I tell you that it's not yet the perfect time to do that? And I'm very sure she'll say "NO" because she only treats me as her BEST FRIEND."

"So when?...During our graduation day? Why don't you try? Nothing bad will happen if you just try"

"But what if she will just dump me? And how about our friendship? If that will happen our 6 years friendship will be wasted."

"Come on Dylan! Grow up! Think positive. I'll help you out. I promise you it will turn out like a charm."

"Okay. What will I do?"

"You should give her a one of a kind date. And in that date you will also ask her. But this date is different from other dates we know."

"Great!"

"But first thing first! Text Trixie now and tell her that you will meet later.... at..... the Verde Park."

"Later? I'm not yet ready."

"Dylan! Just trust me"

"Fine!"

I brought out my cellphone and texted my best friend, Trixie.

Trixie! Dylan here! Are you available later? - Dylan

Hi Dylan! Yes I'm always available. Where are we going?"- Trixie

Just go at the Verde Park Later.. 4 pm..- Dylan

Ok.. See Yah!- Trixie

"Great! Mission 1 completed!"

"Mission 1??" Rod just smiled and winked at me.

"Mission 2... Let's now prepare for that date!"

"Where are we going?"

"Just follow me

We headed at the nearest Department Store and bought all the things needed. I hate Rod! I spent $13 just for this date he's talking about. We bought different colors of fabrics, balloons, I dozen of red roses, a big teddy bear from Blue Magic and Ferrero Prestige Collection chocolate.

After the Department Store, we headed at a fine dining restaurant.

"We're going to buy the most delicious platter of your restaurant. 2 platters please."

Then we we're interrupted by the musicians playing at the restaurant's stage.

"Dylan! They're so good!"

"Yeah they are"

"You don't get it.."

"Get what?
