Roommates || Tayler Holder

Part 20

Cleo's pov

I found Nate and introduced him to the boys.

"Nice to meet you all."

They all sized him up giving him weird looks, "I'm sorry about them, they're super overprotective." I shooed them away so we could talk.

Some of his friends came over and talked to us, as that was happening Nate put his arm around my shoulder.

Internally I was freaking out, externally I acted as if nothing had happened.

I was just listening to them talk when I see him walk in. Nate noticed my change in mood and moved his hand moved around my waist.

I looked away from him but then heard him calling our names. 

"Nate, my man. Michelle, hey." he noticed Nate's arm around me and laughed.

"What, are you two a thing now?" he asked.

I was about to speak out but Nate beat me to it, "And what if we are, you got a problem with it?" he hugged me tighter.

"No I'm not one to cockblock, just know she likes it when you kiss her right here," he pointed to his neck as he turned around a left.

"You bit*h," I whispered as he left.

"Hey, don't let him ruin your night, look at me," he put a finger under my chin and moved my head up towards him.

"Forget him and lets dance,"

He dragged me onto the dance floor. 

We danced for a while until I heard yelling from outside. I thought it was Daniel so I ran to find out.

To my surprise it was him and Tayler in the street, both looked drunk and by the way they slurred their words you could tell they were.

Daniel never drinks so this was new to me.

Next thing I knew Daniel threw a punch.

I ran to them and tried to separate them but Daniel pushed me out of the way.

He had Tayler on the ground and was beating the sh*t out of him.

I pushed him again and got in front of Tayler.

"DANIEL, STOP. PLEASE THIS," 

Tayler got up and tried to throw a punch but I got in the way so I got hit instead.

Nate came and held Tayler, Jonah held back Daniel, and the rest of the boys came to check on me.

I heard Michelle's screaming at Tayler and then blacked out.

oooh, short chapter and a cliffhanger

this is only because, 1 someone unfollowed me after I just hit 500 and I'm sad, 2 I need ideas, and 3 I just started school so y'all will have to get used to shorter chapters (not forever but for a bit)
