Today was moving day. Classes didn't start for another week but this week was going to be full of parties and other things and I was so excited. But the parties were not what I was here for, I planned to focus on my studies and field hockey. No drama, no guys, but I'll still have fun.
I found my dorm, I heard my new roommate was named Tayler and couldn't wait to get to know her better.
I opened the door and saw a girl sitting on a bed wearing nothing but a shirt.
"Hi, are you Tayler?" I asked putting my bags down on the other bed.
"No, my name is Emma,"
"Then where's Tayler?"
"He's in the shower,"
He, wait that's not possible. I applied for a female roommate.
"This must be a mistake, sorry to bother you."
I started gathering my bags, as I was opening the door. A guy I assume was Tayler walked out wearing nothing but a towel.
Damn, he was so hot. I've never seen such a fit guy before. I stared a little and was taken out of my daze when he laughed.
"Take a picture, it'll last longer."
"Sorry,"
"You have a little drool on your lip, right there," he motioned to my lips.
I wiped them but nothing was there, he laughed and I realized that he was making a joke.
"Are you Cleo?" He walked over to his drawer and got a shirt.
"Um yeah,"
"Then you're in the right place. Hi, I'm Tayler,"
How did this happen? I remember asking for a female roommate, this was going to be awkward but I will not let him distract me.
I put my bag back down on the other bed, I had no idea how to react. I got out my phone and texted my best friend Daniel (Seavey).

C: hey guess what
D: what's up?
C: so you know how I applied for a female roommate
D: yeah?
C: well I got a guy, a hot one not to mention
D: and your complaint is? I can't remember the last guy you dated who wasn't a douche, this is great for you
C: no I need to focus on school and field hockey, I can date later
D: or now
C: YOU'RE NOT LISTENING TO ME!!!
D: you need to calm down and just go with it, see where this takes you
C: you are no help, are you in the studio rn?
D: Yeah, we're working on a new song
C: tell the guys I say hi
D: will do, gtg now. love you
I looked up from my phone and saw him and Emma making out. I slowly exited the room escaping whatever was about to happen.
This year was going to be interesting, not in a good way.
