Born in Bremen, Artur "Coded" Seeger, moved to Berlin in the 4th grade and became friends with Y/N "Versuchen" L/N very quickly. When Sicherheit was formed, Seeger quickly trained to meet the requirements to join and passed the physical and marksmanship tests. Seeger became the team's hacker, able to override any security systems and gain access.

Artur "Coded" Seeger is a laid back person until he gets on the field; then he changes to a very serious person ready to shoot anyone. Seeger was one of the first members of Sicherheit and ran the first operation with Y/N "Versuchen" L/N of escorting German government officials. During the operation, Seeger hacked into terrorist radio channels and discovered the route the convoy was taking was going to be ambushed so he rerouted them which saved both the lives of himself, but also L/N and the German government officials.
