Eva had been in this time for two weeks now and she absolutely loved it. She still spoke with a French accent, but she was slowly letting it get less pronounced. It had taken James three hours after Lily accepted the date for him to wake up again. They were planning to go to the first Hogsmeade weekend together, and Eva loved the fact that even Lily was getting excited.

Eva was completely comfortable in this time period now, although she did miss her own at times, mostly whenever Siri did something that reminded her of his future self. She got along with everyone from the past, she was even civil with the Slytherins, and good friends with Sev as she now called him. He hadn't called Lily a mud-blood yet, and Eva was hoping to prevent their friendship from breaking when he did.

She continued to know more than she should, even things that happened in the future, confusing her friends. She had grown incredibly close to Lily and was good friends with the marauders too. She was planning on helping Remus with the full moon, which was coming in less than a week. She still hadn't told them that she was an animagus and wasn't entirely sure how to. She was an excellent actress, and no one suspected anything, at least not yet, although they were still confused as to how she knew so much.

Eva was currently on her way to the great hall for dinner, after a long day of classes. She had already finished all the homework and was incredibly tired. She slid into the seat next to Siri and rested her head on the table. She groaned as he poked her side.

"Stop it Siri!" she muttered, loud enough for him to hear. He stopped, making her raise her head in confusion. She looked at him and found him staring at her with wide eyes.

"What?" she asked in confusion.

"You called me something other than Black!" he said in shock, making her head snap up. She stared at him with wide eyes, she hadn't meant to call him that, it had just slipped out because of how tired she was. It was the name she always called him in the future. She rolled her eyes tiredly,

"I guess I did. If you want I can go back to calling you Black," she mumbled, before moving to put her head back on the table. He caught it, and laid it in his lap, before saying softly,

"No don't. I like it." Eva smiled sleepily and closed her eyes. The last thing she saw was Siri's face.

Eva was jolted awake when Siri fell backward off the bench, taking her with him. She landed on top of him and smacked his arm,

"What was that for!" She climbed back on to the bench, still looking questioningly at him.

"It was James' fault, not mine!" he said defensively. Eva turned to James questioningly, and he shook his head frantically,

"No, it wasn't! It was all Padfoot." Eva turned back to Siri and raised an eyebrow,

"Siri...tell the truth. What happened?"

"Oh, okay. I was eating, and then James said something that took me by surprise, that's all. I fell off the bench in shock, sorry." Eva was still suspicious,

"Really? And what did he say?"

"Nothing! Nothing at all!" he said quickly. She turned to Lily, who gave her a look that clearly said, 'tell you later'. Eva nodded and dug into her food, noticing that Siri kept staring at her. Whenever she turned around, however, he would look away and pretend to be doing something else, confusing her completely.

Once they were done with dinner and in their dormitory, Eva commanded that Lily spill whatever it was that took Siri by surprise.

"Okay, so James was teasing Sirius, and then he said something about him liking you and he fell over." She wiggled her eyebrows suggestively and Eva turned bright red. The thing was, she actually did sort of like him. She hadn't acted on it or anything because he was her godfather.
