A couple of days later was the day of the full moon, and Eva had a plan. She would just show up as a fox, but she wouldn't tell them it was her. She arrived at breakfast to find Remus looking horribly ill. She slid into the seat next to him and rummaged around in her bag, before pulling out a bar of chocolate. She handed it to Remus, whose eyes widened,

"How did you know?" Eva was about to respond, but Siri cut her off,

"Don't ask that, remember! She knows things." Eva rolled her eyes. It was true that had become her standard answer when asked how she knew something, and now they avoided asking whenever possible. Remus nodded and munched on the chocolate, while Eva loaded her plate with bacon, eggs, and toast. Suddenly, Siri reached out and grabbed a piece of her bacon. She dropped her fork and turned to face him. He took her bacon. Nobody takes her bacon. Siri caught sight of her face and gulped. He leaned over to Lily and whispered,

"Should I run?" Lily glanced between them and the bacon and nodded frantically,

"Yes, if you want to live, run!" Siri nodded, terrified, and made a mad dash for the exit. Eva slowly stood up, before walking calmly after him. She didn't bother running, knowing she would find him eventually. Ten minutes later, she found Siri hiding by the black lake. She glared at him, and he found himself being lifted into the air. A moment later, he was treading water in the middle of the lake, sputtering about his hair. Eva turned on her heel and stalked back up to the castle.

She re-entered the great hall smiling happily and rejoined her friends. She looked up from her food and found them all staring at her apprehensively.

"What?" she asked. James squirmed in his seat,

"Do we need to check all the ditches?" Eva smirked,

"Nope, I'm sure he'll be back in 5...4...3...2...1..." Siri burst into the hall, dripping lake water. Everyone turned to stare at him, and the marauders burst out laughing, while Eva just smirked. Siri stalked over to her and she stared at him with wide eyes, knowing exactly what he was going to do. Siri smirked wickedly, and she scrambled backward. Unfortunately, she wasn't fast enough, and he swept her into a bear hug, getting her soaked too. She sighed, knowing it was inevitable, and just hugged him back.

"You messed up my hair," Siri growled in her ear.

"You stole my bacon. We're even," Eva said back. He shook his head,

"No, we are not! My hair is much too valuable!" Eva glared at him,

"Nothing is more important than my bacon!" Siri stomped his foot,

"That's not true!" Eva smiled sweetly at him, and he suddenly started flying in circles around the great hall, above the tables. He screamed girlishly, making the marauders roar with laughter. Eva smirked and barely entered his mind, using Legillimancy,

Don't mess with my bacon Siri. If you promise not to, I'll let you down. Siri nodded frantically,

"OKAY, I PROMISE! NOW GET ME DOWN!" She grinned and he faceplanted into Grandfather's food. She watched as he hopped up, and started apologizing. Eva grinned and looked at the pictures she had managed to take. Those were so going in the scrapbook. Siri huffed and stomped over to her, before dropping into the seat next to her,

"How did you get in my head Eve?" Eva smiled innocently,

"I have no idea what you're talking about." He glared at her, but she just smiled innocently. She blinked and every trace of food or water on either of them disappeared completely, making Siri jump in surprise.

"How did you do all that? You didn't have your wand and you didn't say anything?" Eva smirked mischievously,

"Exactly, meaning there is absolutely no proof I did any of it."

"But, you did!" he exclaimed in horror. Eva just shrugged,

"Where's the proof?" Siri banged his head against the table.

Suddenly a wicked glint appeared in his eye, making Eva scoot away from him. He didn't care and picked her up, before carrying her out of the Hall.

"THIS IS KIDNAPPING! WHAT HAVE WE TALKED ABOUT! YOU CAN'T JUST KIDNAP PEOPLE!" She screamed as he carried her away.

Eventually, she gave up on trying to get away, and just crossed her arms huffily.

Siri carried her all the way to a shady tree before setting her down. He didn't let go of her though, instead he kept his arm around her waist so she couldn't run off. She glared at him, and he smirked back.

"So, why did you feel the need to kidnap me?" She asked angrily.

"I don't know, I just felt like it," he responded calmly. She glared at him,

"You just felt like it! What a horrible excuse!" Siri just shugged and stared out across the lake. Eva felt her gaze soften as she watched him. She inwardly chided herself, she shouldn't be feeling this way about him, he was her godfather, for Merlin's sake!

The only problem was, she did feel this way.
