Keigo walked into his home, ready to hug and kiss the life out of his songbird. He called out to you, "Songbird, I'm home!" Kicking off his shoes and placing them by the door, he listened for your voice. "Songbird?" He tried again. Walking closer to your shared room, he stopped. Were you crying? He stood silently for a few more moments. His fear confirmed, he knocked on the door softly. "Kid? You okay?" He walked into the room, frowning when you jumped up and tried to hide your face from him. Keigo walked over and hugged you, rubbing your back. "Hey, hey, hey. What happened, Babybird? Are you okay?" You shook your head and he frowned, holding you tighter. "Babybird, I'm here. Talk to me." And so you did. You told him about your day and what brought you to your breaking point.

Keigo's heart broke as he heard his loved one's sobs erupt through their room. The more his Babybird ranted, the more broken their voice became. Keigo kissed their head and nose. "Songbird, I love you. Please," He put extra emphasis on 'please' "Never forget how much I love you. I love you forever, kid." He placed a kiss on your lips and pulled your head into his chest. He let his wings wrap around you and pull you even closer into him. Feeling the warmth of your husband, you started to calm down. "I love you too, Keigo. Forever."
