I left my mate's house with my wolf whining in my head. 'Just wait a few hours, Nic.' I distractedly said and turned to Alex who was following me out of the house. "Have a planner meet us in an hour and send some wolves to check and patrol The Field. Double the security on the border as well and call the guys over to the fitters as soon as possible. We are heading there as well, I don't want to have clothes problems like James. It would be so e-"
"Chill, dude." Alex cut me off. "Everything will come along. You are not alone in this." Alex reassuringly patted my shoulder and I nodded gratefully at him in return. "I know this great kid who planned Jack's mating ceremony."
"That's good, I liked it. Call him." I replied, remembering the whole event. It was the best event I ever went to and the fact that someone from my pack planned it, boosted my pride. "Send someone to my Aunt's house, she has something papa wants." Alex looked confused but I couldn't give anyone information as I knew nothing more about it either. "She'll know what to do." He nodded and went quiet, probably mind linking someone for the task.
We arrived for the clothes and in no time my measurements were taken. I saw Milo, a good friend, and Alex's second in command, come inside through the corner of my eye. We assignment Milo a few years ago because of the overwhelming work we had to deal with every day.
"Did you hear from Kill?" I asked Alexi, who was trying on a grey jacket.
"Yup, I informed him about your mate last night. Said he'll be here in the evening." Alex distractedly answered as he checked himself in the mirror.
"He better be. I swear I'll kick him outta the pack if he misses my ceremony." I muttered while trying out black velvet shoes. "Get me a bigger size," I said to the Omega girl who was helping me.
"Y-yes Alpha." She hurriedly stumbles to the task.
"Scaring the Omegas again, Alpha?" Alex joked while taking off the jacket and handing it to the owner of the boutique. "I think you should force your dominance over someone your size." He turned to me with a gross smirk.
"Shut up. There's no one of my size in this pack. Your Alpha is helpless." I received a glare after my statement, which wasn't surprising. Alex is stronger than the average Beta because of his strong genes and intense training. If he would've been an Alpha, he may be even stronger than me.
"What are you going for?" He said while trying on a new jacket.
"Something simple, I guess," I said after taking the new pair of shoes from the scared Omega.
"well no shit, I wouldn't expect you to wear a sparkling suit." My soon-to-be-dead Beta dared to joke. "That was obviously a joke." He said after he saw me glaring. Ignoring Alex, I tried the shoes the Omega got me and found out they fit me perfectly.
"These are perfect." I happily said, trying to suppress my dominant aura so the Omega would stop shaking. "I'll be taking these," I said before nodding to Leo, who was managing the payment of the things I was buying for me and my groomsmen.
"All of these suits are your size." A male Beta hung numerous suits in front of me and it was quite overwhelming to choose one of them. I ran my eyes over them briefly before turning to Alex.
"Help me."
"Of course." He had the audacity to smirk at my helpless self which my Alpha wolf did not appreciate.
After bickering and fighting for some time, we decided on an all-black suit. Everyone around us did not miss the opportunity to laugh at our childish behavior.
