Serena: First day of school. I wonder how it will be.
Shauna: Hi, Serena
Serena: Good morning, Shauna
Shauna: How are you doing?
Serena: I'm fine
Shauna: Today is your first day, right?
Serena: Yes, it is
Shauna: Hopefully, you'll do good in battle class. That class is important as let's be honest, battling is the most important thing in the world
Serena: I mean, you're not wrong

*bell rings
Serena: Ok, got to hurry
Shauna: Same here

*they reach class
Prof. Sycamore: Good morning, class!
Class: Good morning, sir!

Shauna: May we come in?
Prof. Sycamore: Yes, come in, Shauna.
Shauna: Thank you sir
Prof. Sycamore: You must be the new student
Serena: Yes, my name is Serena
Prof. Sycamore: Why don't you introduce yourself?

Serena: Umm... my name is Serena Yvonne. I come from Vaniville town at the southern end of Kalos. And I hope to have a good time with all of you
Prof. Sycamore: Well said, Serena. Why don't you take a seat
Serena: Thanks, sir

*Serena picks a seat at the third row
*now let's skip to battle class because, as we all know school sucks

Referee: Your name is Serena, right?
Serena: Yes sir!
Referee: Considering it's your first day, you can choose to do a 1 v 1 against anyone you like
Serena: Anyone I like huh...............
*points to a certain raven-haired boy
Serena: I challenge you

Ash: *goes to the battlefield without saying anything
Ash: (What's her problem. She is so annoying)

*meanwhile the classmates went silent
*Serena, struck by the silence in the crowd, walks to the battlefield feeling very nervous

Referee: Battle Begin!

Serena: Delphox, I choose you
Ash: *throws out his pokeball
*Sceptile comes out

Serena: (At least I have the type advantage; I am not losing)

Ash: Dragon Pulse!
*Sceptile lands Dragon Pulse before Delphox could even react
Serena: (That's fast! What have I got myself into)
Serena: Fire Blast!
Ash: Leaf Blade
*Sceptile cuts the fire using leaf blade and charges towards Delphox
Serena: Psychic, quick
*Sceptile hits Delphox before Delphox could use Psychic
Serena: Delphox, no!

Referee: Delphox is unable to battle! Sceptile wins! And thus the winner is Ash!

Serena: (in a very quiet tone) Return, Delphox
Ash: *walks away without saying anything

Serena walks up to her friends
Shauna: Are you alright?
Serena: Yeah, I am fine
Shauna: Ash is the best battler here. Even better than our seniors. Better than maybe even Diantha honestly.
Serena: Wait WHAT! Why does he come here then?
Tierno: We don't know
Paul: No one knows the deal with that guy
Serena: (I had better stay out of his way)
Shauna: How about we all go out tonight, together!
Tierno: Let's go!
Shauna: You coming too!
Serena: Yes! Thanks for inviting me!
Shauna: No problems

*later that night
Grace: How was your first day
Serena: It was fun. I already made many friends
Grace: I see you are doing fine. I will come to see you soon.
Serena: When?
Grace: It's a surprise!

*the next day
Shauna: Serena!
Serena: Hi, Shauna, Trevor and you all!
Shauna: How are you feeling today!
Serena; i'm doing just fine!
Shauna: I am glad you are
Serena: Can't wait for today. I wonder what will happen

*two weeks pass
Serena: Hi, mum!
Grace: Hello, dear! How are you!
Serena: *smiles
Grace: I think that smile would answer that question just as well
*laughs
Grace: So, how do you like your school
Serena: It's amazing.  I am decent at abttles, brilliant at studies and most of the students like me. Also, Lumiose City is so beautiful. I am glad I came here
Grace: Looks like you love it! 
Serena: This year is going to be so amazing
