"Oh George~" Dream called out. George was lying on bed, tangling in the blankets, drowsily, slowly, waking up.

"What?" George mumbled into his pillow.

Dream blushed slightly. He's so adorable.

"Come on! It's your birthday! I've got a surprise for you!" Dream sang, walking towards George. Dream reached down and brushed a strand of hair out of George's half lidded eyes. "Wake up! Wake up!"

George sat up, blinking his eyes open. "What time is it?" George mumbled sleepily.

"It's nine am, sleepy head. Come on!" Dream reached up and scooped up George, plopping him onto his feet. George rubbed his eyes, struggling to focus on Dream's face.

"I"m so —" George yawned. "I'm so tired."

Dream pressed a kiss onto George's forehead.

"Come on! I've got you a surprise!" Dream coaxed gently.

"Yeah... give me a moment." George mumbled.

Dream let go of George, and rolled his eyes as George collapsed back into bed.

"George, what time did you sleep?" Dream chastised.

"I don't know. Like, three?" George murmured into the pillow. Dream facepalmed.

"Why did you sleep so late?" Dream asked, exasperated.

"I was working on the plugin and I didn't notice the time." George protested, flipping onto his side to face Dream.

"Get up now?" Dream pleaded, giving George another kiss as an incentive.

"Fine." Even though he uttered his consent, George showed no sign of getting up.

"I — stop." Dream scooped up George and carried him out of the bedroom, shutting the door behind them.

"Fine fine fine!" George protested, stretching his arms above his head, narrowly missing Dream's face.

"Go get dressed or something." Dream stuck his head back into the bedroom and tossed out an outfit.

George snatched the clothes from the air with a surprising agility and disappeared into the bathroom. Dream leaned against the wall, tapping his foot, idly waiting for George to emerge. After a few moments, George stuck his head out.

"Umm... I kinda got water on the floor." George muttered, staring at his feet.

Dream shook his head. "How do you even — you know what? I'm not even gonna ask." He pushed back onto his feet and went into the kitchen to grab the mop. Dream handed the mop to George, who took it as well and disappeared again. After another few minutes, George finally emerged, fully clothed. Dream stood up straight and put his phone away. He held his hand out to George, who gladly took it.

"Come here." Dream started to lead George to the kitchen, but then stopped. "Wait no, close your eyes."

"Okay." George shut his eyes, clutching onto Dream's shoulder's for guidance.

"This way." George made his way through the apartment just fine, since he had lived there for quite a while now.

"Okay, I'm going to put something on your face. Whatever you do, just don't open your eyes, okay?" Dream slowly slid a pair of glasses onto George's face. The sides of the glasses felt cool on his face, and he reached up to touch it, but Dream caught George's hand.
