A tall wood house stood in the forest, the other small house the Snape family had. Near the home there were two children and a baby enjoying the daylight and the soft wind.

Severus was playing with her sister, raising her up and down, smiling at her. Severus always stopped and glanced at Abigail then at Lily with a large smile on his face. This time he felt safe and free, not like near his parents. "I'm going to Hogwarts this year!" he finally chanted after the long silence and held the 6 month old baby to Lily who was standing near the black haired boy. "She's gorgeous..." The ginger haired girl smiled after a minute as she started to look over the baby girl, tickling Abigail with laughter. "Less than you." Severus ogled with a large smile resting on his face. Lily pushed him softly while holding Abigail in her left arm. "That's mean, Severus." She said, looking once more at the small girl who just giggled around. The wind blew once more as they watched the thin Abigail play with Lily's hands before the girl started talking. "I shall go now Sev, I hope to see you again." She smiled and glanced at the baby girl who slowly blinked at the shady sky. "And you too...Abigail." She whispered with a familiar voice before letting her to Severus who just stood near a tree....

Minutes got spend with Severus and Abigail giggling around before he heard steps behind him and two familiar voices arguing. Severus knew it was his parents. He held the baby once more. "Oh... No danger should happen now..Abi." He said with a very quiet voice, before turning to the way of the sound. "Greetings father and mother." Severus blinked, and started to listen to their monologue...

"What do you mean we have to pass her? She's healthy and she will make it to Hogwarts!" Severus chanted. "Silence!" his father shouted, grabbing Abigail away from the black haired boy. "You won't talk back to me, anyways.. your little sister will stay here for a day until she will be transferred into the Muggle world." He explained and looked at Abigail with his piercing onyx eyes which was the same as his son's. "Father I.." Severus started, then he felt his mother's light green eyes glancing at him with worry. The boy obeyed as he looked away with hopeless eyes.

At the end of the summer Severus visited Lily and told her the news. The girl felt very sad about losing Abigail. "It's okay..Lily, I guess we will be able to see her at Hogwarts, never lose hope.." The boy whispered while they were in the forest, walking out and in the shadows. Lily smiled and softly hugged her best friends. "I know, Sev." She whispered while letting him go. "You're the catcher!!" she chanted and started to run. Severus smirked and started to strike through the forest to catch her.

Years have passed since Abigail and Severus met. The black haired now 11 year old girl sat on her bed, glancing at the calendar on her desk. "July 3..." She whispered and looked once more outside. Abigail always thought she was a normal muggle and she never had an interesting life, though she always felt she was unique and she had many friends which she found boring years after. The girl shook her head as a black owl flew to her window.. with a letter in it's hook! Abigail quickly ran to the window and opened it, letting the owl inside. ""What is this?" she whispered loudly, not wanting her parents to hear her talking to an animal. The owl hopped in front of her and placed the letter which looked pretty simple.

Abigail finally got herself to read the letter. She scratched the paper out and started to read:

HOGWARTS SCHOOL of WITCHCRAFT and WIZARDRY

(Order of Merlin, First Class, Grand Sorc., Chf. Warlock,Supreme Mugwump, International Confed. of Wizards)

Dear Ms. Wilston,

Term begins on September 1. We await your owl by no later than July 31 .

Yours sincerely,

Albus Dumbledore

Headmaster (McGonagall wasn' Headmistress in 1982, no idea who the headmistress was)

Abigail finally finished reading the first page. She was shocked and looked up, but the black owl was gone and she chuckled, rereading the signatures. "This is epic.." She whispered to herself and quickly turned to the next page in excitement. "I have to tell mom.. I'm soo excited!" she chanted and grabbed the letter, dragging herself down the stairs. "Mom! Dad!" she chanted while swinging the letter in her hand.

Her parents soonly arrived from the kitchen and glanced at her. "What's it sweetie?" asked her father while taking the letter away from her. Abigail's mother looked up and chuckled when she saw what was inside. "Oh sweetie this is so nice.. But why'd you need a wand?" she asked with a small smile. "Oh mom leave it! Probably cosplay or something I need for my uniqueness!" Abigail smirked and dragged the letter back to her. "Can I bring Pepper with myself?" she asked, focusing on the last sentence. Her parents nod and put their hand on her shoulder. "You can go, have fun.. " Her mother whispered with proudness. Abigail shook from the whispering but quickly raised her head and hugged them. "Thank you..." She whispered as she ran up to her room, grabbing the letter with herself. She heard some murmuring like "Why would she bring a broomstick." and things like that but she didn't care, she was excited for the end of August so she could go shopping.

Abigail shook. She didn't know where she should buy all these books. She never saw them though she's a big reader. She looked over the letter and saw a small paper stick to the other. Abigail read it though it was difficult because the handwriting was rather beautifully unuseful.

Diagon Alley shall greet you on July 31th..Magic will lead you to the secret door.. Bring some money with you.

Abigail shook her head twice. "Magic?" she asked herself and sighed, petting the black cat who slept near her. "July 31th then...Magic lead me." She looked up to the roof with a small smile. Abigail sat in her room rereading the letter and trying to memorize everything. The wind blew and the cloud hid the sun from her, still she felt very positive, swinging her legs up in the air, petting her cat and laying on the bed, feeling the magical letter near her made Abigail feel strange, but she didn't really care....
