Ruth went out early in the morning at around 6 am to visit the park. She is an early bird. She always manages to wake up early in the morning even if she sleeps late at night. Judy left for Jeju at 8 am. She was bummed that Ruth is coming to Jeju after her visit at the park. I, on the other hand, decided to sleep the whole day.

The next day, I woke up early and hungry. I went out of my room and checked the clock in the living room. It's 8:00 am. I walked to the kitchen and saw the one day old dishes in the sink. "Ughh," I thought Ruth would wash the dishes once she saw it. I proceeded to wash the dishes reluctantly. After washing the dishes, I opened the kitchen cabinets hoping to find complementary cup noodles. I found three! I hurriedly cooked all three.

It's 10:00 am. I went back to my room and opened the gift Hae In gave before we parted ways. I took out the phone from the bag and checked it out. I tapped the contacts application to input my friends' numbers.

I laughed. "Babo!"

Hae In put in his number. I contemplated calling him because he might be busy reviewing drama scripts. I laid on my bed and stared at the ceiling while still holding the phone in my right hand. You know what, I'll just call him. If he doesn't pick up then he must be busy.

I called him. Half of me wished that he'd pick up but the other half wanted him to ignore my call. I can't be attached to him because I'm only here for a month. I know I'll be sad when I get back home.

He answered my call. "I thought that was our last goodbye?" He chuckled.

"I thought so too but here we are." I laughed. "I'm bored. You want to come to my place today? I tried to act cute so that he'll be convinced but I don't think it worked.

"What makes you think I'm not busy?"

"You picked up my call and you put in your number so I could call you."I boasted.

"Don't get ahead of yourself, babo. I placed my number just in case."

"Just in case? You're bad at lying. You're on vacation, you have no friends and I eliminated all your crazy fans in my area so there's really no reason for you not to go." I teased him.

"How about your friends?" He sounded eager.

"They'll come home next week so you're safe." I said jokingly.

"Text me the address."

"Before I forget, bring tteokbokki. I've always wanted to try it."

"Yah! Go out and but it yourself. You're demanding your guest to bring you food? It should be the other way around, babo." He laughs.

"Please! I hate commuting alone after what happened to me. I'm traumatised and you don't want me getting lost, do you?" I pleaded

"You are overreacting. I'm hanging up."

"Yah! Bri-" He ended the phone call.

That jerk really hung up on me. I shouldn't have invited him over. I said out loud. Still, I'm happy he picked up. I'm excited to see him again. I can't believe I'm friends with Jung Hae In.

I took a shower and changed into new clothes after the call. I also unpacked my luggage while waiting for him.

It's 6 pm. He must have been busy. I hope I didn't annoy him too much. I thought to myself while waiting for him in the living room.

The doorbell rang.

"Finally, food's here!" I hurriedly opened the door.

"Yah, what are you doing?" Hae In opened his arms wide while smiling at me.
