Let Sleeping Zords Lie

"What's she up to?" Chase questioned as he nods at Shelby who was sittin' in a chair, under the tent.

The rest of them were digging and Kiana was grunting under the weight of the equipment. "Would somebody, help?" She grunted and suddenly she toppled over with all the equipment, coming and crashing down on top of her.

"Oh jeez. You all right?" Riley asked and Kiana groaned from under their equipment.

"Get this stuff off of me, then we can check and see." She grunted and their team worked together, minus Shelby's side of things, and, they got her out of the equipment pile.

"How about lending a hand?" Chase called out to Shelby, as Tyler pulls the exhausted Kiana back onto her feet.

"You haven't been sleeping." He notes out loud, as Kiana picks up a couple of manageable buckets.

"Follow me for a sec." Shelby shouts back as they all raced their eyebrows at her, and Kiana gave one of the two bucket to Chase.

"Keeper gave twelve Energems to twelve very different dinosaurs 65 million years ago." Shelby was saying to them in a 'I know better then you do' tone of voice.

"Of course." Koda jumped up to his feet, but he really had no idea what was going on.

"We found six Energems, but, six more are still lost. Those Energems will only be found near the fossils of these dinosaurs."

Shelby was explaining it to them, not so patiently as they look at her with a bit of annoyance on their faces at her tone.

"The skull of a Pterodactyl, the skull of a Anklyosaurus, the Pachysaurus, a Plesiosaurus the Titanosaurus and the Spinosaurus. I mean, we shouldn't just be digging in here, just because we found bones in here before." The Pink Ranger was insisting and Kiana raised her eyebrows.

"Okay, then." Tyler said, looking like he was thinking carefully about next words.

"So where should we be digging, Miss 'I know everything about dinosaurs'?" Kiana asked, as she drops the other bucket next to Koda, and then crossed her arms over her chest.

"I don't know, exactly." Shelby said and suddenly everyone was chuckling at her lack of knowledge at the simple question.

"Still think that you know absolutely everything, Shelby?" Kiana asked and wiped off dirt from part of the rocks.

"But, I have an idea. Come over and check this out." Shelby said and Kiana raised her eyebrows at the others who shrugged and followed Shelby.

"If we combine the known areas where the remaining dinosaurs lived with the energy signatures from each dinosaur's Energem, then we could pinpoint more accurately, exactly it is, where to look." Shelby said, as they all came up to the table.

"Hey." Tyler said as they were all shaking their cups and they were all empty, and Shelby was drinking hers still.

"You finished all our drinks?" Chase asked her and Kiana was ready to hit something, or more accurately, a pink ranger who was getting on her nerves a lot.

Everyone was staring at her and Shelby shrugged. "What? It's really hot out here." Shelby said, and Koda and Chase, they dragged Kiana away from the table.

"You didn't do any of the work." Kiana snapped as she stood back a foot away so that the boys, they did not, have, to drag her any farther.

"Yeah, we noticed." Tyler said to Shelby, even he was getting annoyed as he dropped his empty cup onto the table.

"Shelby drink like camel." Koda pointed out to the rest of the team as Kiana nodded.

"You said it, Koda." She acknowledged his words as Shelby rolled her eyes, as they made fun of her, rightfully so.

"Shouldn't we, at least test my theory?" Shelby complained and they all just stared at her, still annoyed and missin' their drinks. "Fine then. I don't need anythin' from you guys anyway."

She insisted to them all and pretty much only five seconds later, she was back for Tyler's keys to take his Jeep.

They all slid down the slide into the base, one after the other, and, it was Kiana, who was the last one through.

"Welcome home, gentlemen." Shelby said, and Kiana coughed, but she was ignoring her now.

"Well, we had a very, very successful day on our end." Kendall said, smiling slightly at Shelby.

"This is the Ankylo Charger. It's the brain that runs our new invention... the E-Tracer." Shelby boasted and the device was activated and now they've got a location.

They were fighting off Stingrage and Vivix, when suddenly Koda was stung and fighting them.

After they had managed to pull the stinger out of Koda's back, the Ankylo zord was standing in front of them, as aqua as can be.

"Oh, that is one angry Zord." Riley pointed out and Kiana looked at him with her eyebrows raised sharply.

"What gave you the first clue?" She sarcastically snapped at him and then suddenly, the Ankylo Zord's tail, it just tried to crush them.

Back at the lab, Keeper, he had appeared and was talking to them as he was now going over the many possibilities of why the Aqua Ranger hadn't joined them yet, or even been seen for that matter.

"Maybe monster, sting Zord like it sting me." Koda interrupted Keeper and everyone looked at him, as Kiana crouched next to the stinger.

"It makes sense. It would have the same intended result on the Ankylo Zord, same as it would on any one of us." She said.

"That would explain it." Tyler said.

"Well, if so, we need to remove the stinger." Riley said and Kiana stood up as she cracked her neck.

"I'll do it." She offered.

"No way!"
"No way!"

Chase and Riley both were on the same page about this and Kiana raises her eyebrows at them.

"You guys are right. Kiara, you're too valuable to lose. Even Sledge admitted that he wanted you to fight with him."

Kendall stated and Kiana looked at her, then at the rest of their team as well and she shakes her head.

"You guys are gonna use that excuse now, every time I try to go back into a field of possible danger." She said and shakes her head. "Whakakotahi e tu ana tatou, wehea ana tatou. United we stand, divided we fall. Don't make me right on this one." She said and walks away.

She had stowed away along with Shelby, much to her annoyance and they both startled Kendall, who was opening the tarp up to get the supplies for her mission.

Shelby had gone down the hole by accident, while Kiana was doing her best to defend herself and Kendall on her own.

The other Rangers showed up in perfect time to help them all, as the Ankylo Zord had joined them to help them to return Shelby's favor.

They were back at the museum and everyone was getting their drinks and Shelby landed in the seat.

"Man, is it hot today." Shelby said as they all move their drinks away from her in unison, and Kiana almost fell out of her seat. "Very funny." She said.
