A/N: Hola chicos!!!!!! I'm back again with another one shot!!!! This time it will be Gaston and Nina from Soy Luna aka the best couple on the show. I just triggered Lutteo fans all over the world lmao. But anyways this one is going to an emotional roller coaster. I will be picking up the pieces of what would have happened if Nina had gone to Oxford and she met Gaston again. I got the inspiration of this one shot when Nina dropped her books and Gaston helped and he noticed the ring she was wearing was similar to Felicity's. The other inspiration is when they both run to see each other and then they kiss. Anyways I hope you enjoy!!! Un beso muy grande!!!!!!

Gaston really loved the weather in England. It was not too hot like Argentina, however it was cold and chilly but Gaston didn't really mind. But today it was different. It was scorching hot in England and the only thing Gaston could think about was his friends back home. He missed laughing along with Matteo at his puns, he missed talking to Ramiro about the newest video games but most of all he missed Nina. Nina was the only person Gaston had ever cared for. Well, he did have his friends and family but Nina was different. The year and a half they were dating Gaston couldn't have been happier. Nina truly lit up his world. Although Nina was shy and reserved unlike Gaston who was popular but they were perfect together. They were the missing pieces in each other's lives, that was until Gaston broke up with her. After going off to Oxford and talking to Nina over the phone for hours everyday, Gaston just couldn't take not seeing her in person everyday. So he broke up with her. Everyday Gaston thought about what could have happened if he didn't break up with her out of pure selfishness. 

While he was at Oxford, Gaston had also found out that Nina was dating another boy, Eric. While Gaston should have been happy for her since they were no longer together, his blood still boiled at the fact that she was having the time of her life out in Argentina while Gaston was out here in England depressed over the fact that Nina had moved on. Gaston shook himself out of his trance, put on his backpack and sports jacket (you see what i did there), and started walking to his first class of the day, Architecture. But little did he know that something special was about to come his way.

Nina was really nervous to go to a school on the other side of the world, but she knew that it would be the right thing to do. She wanted to become a professional journalist so going to a good school would be the first step of the long journey ahead. She had changed as a person over the past two years. She wasn't as shy as she was in high school. Nina had learned to live in the moment, since some dreams don't last forever. Yes, she was referring to her breakup with Gaston. She knew leaving Argentina was going to affect Gaston but she never expected it to be this bad. Nina thought that she was the reason that Gaston broke up with her. Everyday she felt like she wasn't good enough for him and that he was having the time of his life over in England. So Nina moved on. She met a guy named Eric. Of course he was sweet and loving but she never felt that connection with Eric as she had with Gaston. After dating for a couple months, Nina broke up with Eric. She didn't want to hurt him so she explained everything to him. Eric was obviously heartbroken but he understood where she was coming from. So Nina packed her bag and headed off to Oxford in the hope of meeting Gaston and pursuing her dreams of becoming a journalist. 

As Gaston was walking down the streets of England, he couldn't help but notice the beautiful architecture that was surrounding him. As he was dozing off into the distance, he bumped into someone. "Oh my goodness, I am so sorry," she mumbled, picking up the books she had just dropped. "No, don't be sorry I wasn't paying attention," Gaston said. "Here let me help you," he said, bending down and picking up the books as he looked at the girl's hand. He saw a ring identical to the one he had given to Nina on their one year anniversary. "Nina?" Gaston gasped. "Gaston?" Nina exclaimed. Nina's head was filled with emotions. One side of her brain was telling her to be happy but the other side was telling her to be mad. What Gaston did to her was beyond selfish.

Gaston's brain was bursting with emotions. He had missed Nina so much but at the same time he didn't deserve Nina. He had broken up with her for no reason and left her hanging. "I have to go, it was nice meeting you again Gaston," Nina stuttered. Nina didn't want to get hurt again and she wasn't going to take a chance. As she turned around Gaston called "Nina wait, can we please talk?". "About what Gaston, you just left me hanging there for months after you broke up with me." Nina explained. "For months I thought that it was my fault that you had broken up with me. I felt so bad and I just wanted it all to be a fever dream, but no it was reality. I dated another boy but it just didn't feel right, it didn't feel right for it to not be you," Nina confessed. Gaston was shocked at what she was saying. He didn't know that he had been such an idiot this whole time. "Look, Nina the reason why I broke up with you was that I couldn't get to see you everyday at school. That I couldn't give you flowers or that I couldn't kiss you everyday. I just didn't wanna do it. I feel like such an idiot now, knowing what I made you think when I broke up with you. I feel like such a stupid idiot and I regret everything I did to make this happen. I know you're mad at me but can we at least be friends?" Gaston pleaded. "Well, you were an idiot but i guess that's a deal. We're friends," Nina smiled as they both shook hands.

As the day went on Gaston couldn't stop thinking about how Nina said, "We're friends". Gaston had never thought of Nina as a friend, she was always either his girlfriend or his crush. Nothing more, nothing less. Nina had given him her number and all throughout the day his fingers were lingering on her contact, trying to figure out what he should say. Then out of nowhere, he received a text from Matteo saying, "Go to the Bodleian Library, someone is waiting for you my dude". Gaston's mind suddenly thought of Nina. He literally sprinted out of his room and ran through the streets. Dodging pets, people, bikes, and cars. He needed to get to that library. 

Nina's mind kept on going back to what Gaston had said, "Can we atleast be friends?". Is that all he thought of her? She still had a crush on the boy after all that had happened and he just wanted to be friends. Her fingers kept on going back to his contact on her phone, wondering what to say to fix things between them. Then all of a sudden she received a text from Luna saying, "Go to the Bodleian Library, someone is waiting for you". Nina's mind suddenly thought of Gaston. She sprinted out of her dorm running across the sidewalk, dodging people and cars. She needed to get to that library.

All of a sudden Nina and Gaston ran into each other both dropping their backpack on the ground. Nina's eyes shone brighter than the sun when she saw Gaston smiling down at her. Gaston pulled Nina into a hug and Nina couldn't have been happier. "I missed you so much Nina everyday, I missed you even more than the day before," Gaston murmured into her hair. Nina smiled and said "Well I'm here now, and that's what matters,". They both broke apart and knew what was gonna happen next. They really were the missing pieces to each other's lives. Gaston had never been this happy in a while but he knew Nina would change that. Even while Nina was dating Eric, she didn't feel the same thing with him as she did with Gaston. They were truly special. Gaston's eyes darted at Nina's lips and then back at her eyes. "Your eyes are beautiful. Did I ever tell you that?" Gaston whispered. "Everyday." Nina smiled. Gaston moved the strand of hair blocking Nina's eyes. He slowly leaned and kissed her. Nina smiled and kissed him back putting her hands around his neck. Even though they never kissed as much as regular couples they still savored every moment. Once they broke apart ( it took a bit of time trust me on this) they both smiled and looked each other in the eye walking into the distance hand in hand. ALEXA, PLAY MITAD Y MITAD!!!! 

A/N: Well I guess that's it for today! I hope you enjoyed this one shot!!! I know this one was really fun to write and it was the closure that we needed for Gastina's story. Plus I mean we all knew that Gaston and Nina were gonna be endgame. But that's it for today!! School is starting for in a couple of days so I won't be as active on posting one shots but please bear with me, I promise to update at least once in two weeks!!!
