Souls POV

(Y/n) looked deep in thought. "You alright (y/n)," I asked. "Yeah, I'm good," she said. Ayame looked at me with a worried face and said," mommy, is there something you want to do?" "No. Not really," she said. We arrived at the house and it started raining. "Thank death we got here in time," I said. Ayame nodded and (y/n) stayed deep in thought. "Well, what do you two want for dinner," (y/n) said finally. "I'm ok with whatever," I said. "Sphegetti," Ayame said happily. "Alright," (y/n) said with a smile. Then (y/n) started to cook. "Daddy," Ayame said. "What's up little princess," I said. "Is there a bathroom so I can take a bath," she asked. "Sure I'll show you," I said. I led Ayame to the bathroom door and since (y/n)s bedroom was closer, I told Ayame she could put her stuff in there. "Thank you daddy," she said as she went to take a bath. I went to the kitchen and saw (y/n) staring and a fork. "I'm guessing the fork is pretty interesting," I said. "Hmmm, no," she said. I went to her side and looked at her. "What's wrong," I asked with a serious tone. She looked at me and said," how in the world are we going to provide for a child." "Well we're old enough to get jobs to maybe part time jobs would be good," I said. "And we can't burden Maka too much with buying groceries so we'll have to help but more stuff," she said. "We will don't worry," I said. I pulled her close to me. "For now, we'll focus on small steps," I said. She nodded and relaxed. "Since my beds smaller than yours, Ayame can have it," she said. "Alright," I said. Then she went back to cooking. "All done," she said after a while. "Looks great," I said. "Well I am pretty good at cooking," she said. "Where's Maka," she asked. "I think she's staying at kids with Liz for a sleepover or something," I said as I shrugged my shoulders. "Where's Ayame," I asked. "Go look for her while I get the plates ready," she said. I went to check the bathroom and knocked. The lights were off and no one replied. I knocked on Ayames room door and I saw the lights on. " 'yame, you here," I said as I opened the door. I saw Ayame asleep on the bed. She was wearing red/pink pajamas. Her hair was semi combed. " 'yame," I said as I went over to the bed. She stirred a little. "Come on, mommy finished dinner, and a princess can't be late to dinner," I said. Ayame woke up and sat up. "Hi daddy," she said as she rubbed her eyes. "Hey," I said. "Let's go, mommy finished dinner," I said. She stood up and grabbed my hand. We walked to the living room. "There you are," (y/n) said. "Hi mommy," Ayame said while rubbing her eye. "Come on, dinners ready," she said. I pulled out a chair and said," princess." Ayame smiled and sat down. (Y/N) passed a bowl to Ayame and we all started eating. After dinner was over, we went to Ayames room. " 'yame, want me to comb your hair," (y/n) asked. Ayame nodded and passed (y/n) a brush. "What pretty and soft hair," she said. "It reminds me of snow," Ayame said. "It does have a snow color. Just like daddy's," she said. Ayame smiled. "Yeah but daddy has a octopus hair style," Ayame said. "I do not," I said. "Yes you do," Ayame and (y/n) said at the same time. Then they both started laughing. "Like mother, like daughter," I said. "Alright. Bed time 'yame," she said. "But mommy," Ayame said. "A princess needs her beauty sleep," I said. "Alright," Ayame said. "Oh, which reminds me," (y/n) said. The. She went to the closet and got a box. "When I lived with my parents they'd give me a stuff animal every 2 years. Here pick one 'yame," she said. Ayame smiled and said," ok!" Then Ayame went through the box and picked a dog stuffed animal(like the one in the picture). "Can I have this one," she asked. (Y/n) nodded and said,"sure, now let's put you to bed." Then Ayame climed on the bed and laid down. I got a blanket and put it over her. "Goodnight my little princess," I said as I kissed her forehead. "Goodnight 'yame," she said as she kissed her cheek. "Goodnight mommy and daddy," Ayame said. I turned in a lamp and left the room with and I closed the door a little. Then (y/n) held my hand and we went to my room. I closed the door and (y/n) sat on my bed. "What's wrong," I asked her. She stayed quiet. I walked over to the bed and laid down. Then (y/n) laid down too. I looked at her and she avoided eye contact. "What's wrong (y/n)," I asked. "It's nothing," she said. "If it wasn't anything then you wouldn't be avoiding eye contact," I said. "It's just that, I never really asked you about anything and I feel really bad," she said. I laughed a little and said," that's why you've been down?" She nodded. "(Y/N), it's awesome to know that you have my child, a pretty little girl and that were able to meet her right now," I said. "I don't mind any of this. I don't mind you giving Ayame your room and you staying in my room because you sleep here all the time anyways," I said. "And I don't mind getting a job because that means I'll be able to provide for my family," I said. "All in all I'm really happy to have all this," I said. "So don't worry," I said. She looked at me and smiled. "I can be an idiot sometimes can't i," she said. "Yeah but you're my idiot and I love you," I said. I pulled her close and kissed her. She put her arms around my neck and I licked her bottom lip and she allowed it. Then she flipped us to where she was on top of me. We parted and I looked at her. She was really red and I laughed a little. "I-I'm so sorry soul," she said. "It's alright," I said. Then she got off me and laid back down. I smirked and started kissing her neck. "Soul," she whispered. Then I stopped and gave her a light kiss. I pulled her close and after a while I heard a knock on my door. "Come in," I said. Then I saw Ayame crying. (Y/N) let immediately ran towards Ayame. "What's wrong 'yame," she asked worriedly. "I-I had a d-dream *cries* w-where y-you a-and d-daddy *cries* d-died," she said and she cried even more. (Y/n) hugged Ayame and patted her back. "It's ok princess, it was just a bad dream," I said as I walked over to them. We hugged Ayame until she stopped crying. "You alright 'yame," (y/n) asked. Ayame nodded. "Want to sleep with us," I asked. She nodded and we all laid down. "Night mommy, daddy," Ayame said. "Goodnight," we said. And everyone fell asleep.
