~Chapter 4~

~Third person POV~

Leorio arrived in the lobby of the hotel first, and sat on a chair with kurapika on his lap, waiting for the more insane of the group to show up, so that he could try to explain what had happened the previous night.

"Hey kurapika?" Leorio asked breaking the comfortable silence

"Hm?"

"Did you do, or eat anything weird yesterday that could've made you like this?"

"Well the only thing i wemembew eating yestewday was that icecweam, but that seemed faiwly normal. Howevew you did something weiwd last night, with the whole 'awe you cold?' Thing, and then you-" kurapika replied, but getting stopped by a very flustered leorio.

"GWAH!! SHHHHH!" He whisper/yelled to stop kurapika from further embarrassing the two.

"Leorio?" A voice spoke from about 10 feet infront of the pair of teens. In response leorio whiped his head up to find a short, young, raven-haired teen with an albino child that looked to be about 2-3 years old. They stared at eachother, or rather the two todlers in silence for the next 30 seconds before snapping out of it and deciding to speak.

"Soooo" both leorio and gon said in unison.

"Ummm... well.."

"You'we helpless." Kurapika said, while killua stayed quiet, not wanting to be heard with such a vulnerable voice in public.

"Hey! What if we go to a mall? We cant go to a market because of the storm, so that seems like a good enough idea! What do you guys think?" Gon suggested, and we all agreed and headed outside to catch a taxi.

"Well, lets try to figure out how this happened" gon suggested slowly walking away towards a kiosk selling candy.

" ok- GON! If we're gonna sort this out, you need to not be so easily distracted" leorio said pulling gon away, only to see that killua had also gone up to the candy, while kurapika ran after a small spider he spotted on the ground with bright scarlet eyes.

"Oh boy" leorio sighed before assigning gon to go grab killua while he chased down kurapika.

"Killuaaaaaaa~! I'll buy you candy if you can help us figure out what happened to you! Deal?" Gon bribed, keeling to be killua's height.

Killua looked at the candy, then back at gon. "Only if you get me chocolate wobots."

Gon sighed in relief seeing how that was all it took to get killua to cooperate! Sometimes it took days for him to agree with anyone, though it always seemed easier with gon.

Meanwhile, leorio was running down the street asking everyone if they had seen a young boy with short blonde hair and red eyes chasing a spider. After 5 minutes of searching, he finally found the kurta crouching with a used paper cup trapping something inside. Leorio figured it was the spider and walked up to kurapika picking him up.

"How are you so fast??" Leorio questioned genuinely confused, and exhausted.

Kurapika struggled to get back to the spider and "kill the evil spiwit to cuwe the wowld of dawkness!" Naturally leorio let him stomp on the spider (rip), then immediately after, he swooped him up, and ran back to where gon and killua were.

"This is gonna be a long day" leorio sighed finally putting the small kurta down next to the others.

Sorry about the short chapter!😭 i meant to make it longer, but i wrote this at 10 pm and school was supposed to start today, but instead there was a huge wind storm that knocked down a giant tree in my front yard, and 16 others in a single park. I think at arround 7 am, a tree hit a wire, causing a power out all day, so i wrote this in my notes, and probably wont post it until two days after i actually wrote it. Stay safe and TYSM FOR 70 READS!!! Im really supprised people actually want to read this!!! 5th chapter will come out early due to the long delay!
