“Harry,” Liam called from the doorway of their new hotel room in Paris. He leaned against the frame of the door and raised his eyebrows at Harry. “Harry.” Liam repeated as he watched him paw through his suitcase frantically.

“Not now, Liam.” He replied through clenched teeth. Liam exhaled noisily and walked into the room, standing beside him.

“Can I ask what you’re looking for?” Liam asked, trying to make eye contact with Harry. His hair fell in front of his eyes and he quickly fixed it, standing up straight to look at Liam.

   “I’m looking for Payton’s necklace—”

“You took it off?” Liam gasped, jerking his head back slightly.

“Only for a second and now I don’t remember where I put it.” Harry responded, flipping his suitcase shut and ran over to his brown leather bag, digging through it.

“You never take that off.” Liam sighed, placing his hand on his forehead, slightly shaking his head.

“I know, I know.” Harry muttered, his phone catching him off guard. His head shot up to look at the caller ID seeing Payton’s name popping up. He let out a low moan and looked over at Liam, jerking his head towards the phone. Liam mock-rolled his eyes and stumbled over to the phone, slowly picking it up.

“Payton, love…how’re you doing?” Liam asked, a large smile appearing on his face before it quickly disappeared. “Where’s Harry? Good question.” Liam trailed off, glancing over at Harry who frantically shook his head, widening his eyes as Liam continued to take small steps closer to him.

“No, Liam. No I—hi, babe.” Harry sighed as Liam pressed the phone up to his ear.

“Harry, what’s going on?” Payton snapped.

“Nothing, nothing don’t you worry you’re pretty little head I just uhh, forgot something.” Harry stammered, staring at Liam who gave him a small smile before quickly running out of the room, closing the door behind him.

“Why did Liam answer your phone?” Payton enquired, slowly. Harry slapped his palm to his forehead and shook his head.

“I was busy looking for something and he was right there so I asked him to answer it.” Harry responded, turning quickly when the door opened behind him, Niall walking into the room with Payton’s necklace in his hand. Harry beamed and quickly ran towards him, snatching the necklace from his hands. He grabbed Niall in a tight hug and sighed, listening to Payton continue to mumble.

“Did you at least find what you were looking for?” Payton moaned. Harry smiled as he watched Niall exit the room and looked down at the necklace in his hands.

“Yeah, I got it.” he responded, dazed.

“You okay? You sound a little distracted.” Payton trailed off. Harry sighed and made his way over to his suitcase to grab his jacket.

“I’m distracted over the fact that in a few minutes I’ll be able to see my beautiful girlfriend again after almost five months.” Harry said, smirking at his response and Payton’s timid giggle.

“Hurry up, I can’t wait to see you.” Payton replied, falling onto her back, staring at the ceiling.

“I’m on my way, I’ll see you soon.” Harry said, throwing on his jacket before he slipped his feet into his shoes.

“Alright, bye.” Payton sighed, hanging up. She dropped her phone beside her and closed her eyes, grinning like an idiot as Elise and Cameron hovered over her, smirking.
