Leo yawned. It's been 3 hours since they started watching TV, and Raph hasn't fallen asleep YET. He glanced at Raph from the corner of his eyes. His brother seemed to be sleepy, but when his eyes were even closing, he would snap awake again. Leo sighed and closed his eyes, then re-opened them. He looked at the clock on the wall.  '1:57 A.M.'

"...Ugh. Raph, aren't you tired yet?" Leo whined slowly. He heard nothing from Raph. Utter silence. Leo turned around and saw Raph looking away, his face not in sight. "Raph?" Leo asked concerned. He leaned over and put a hand on his shoulder. "What's wrong?"

Raph slowly turned around, his face wet with tears. Leo's eyes widened as he grabbed Raph by his shoulders. "Raph, what's wrong?" Leo was even more worried now. He caressed Raph's cheek. Eventually, the abused turtle broke down into pieces in front of the oldest one. His sobs came out briefly as he leaned forward for support. Leo embraced him gladly.

"A-A lot happened, Leo...a lot..." His shaky voice came out as a whisper. Leo shushed him and rubbed the back of his head. "You can open up to me..." Assurance wavered in his voice. Raph only shook his head. He couldn't. He just couldn't tell him that happened.
His still traumatized vision was too much to bear.
"Can we just...not ta-alk about it?" Raph muttered out, shutting his eyes. "If you say so..." Leo reassured him, rubbing his shell.

-minutes later-

His little brother fell asleep faster than Leo could even think; the reason being in his arms. Raph felt safe when he was around his brothers.
Leo was trapped under him, though. With Raph being asleep on him, he couldn't move. Leo sighed and groaned, looking at lab's direction; the lights were still on. Even the shadow of Donnie going around was visible.

Suddenly, the doors flew open slowly, revealing a very sleep deprived Donnie; which was already making his way to the couch. "Hey Don. Why aren't you in bed yet?" His question was ignored when Donnie put his hands on the handles of couch, frustrated. "Don?"

"Can you check Raph's groin?" Everything went dead silent. Leo frowned and tilted his head slightly. "…Why?" "Just do it, please?" Leo's frown deepened. He turned his head around and looked down. His hand made its way down to separate them so Leo could observe better.

Bruises. They're what Leo could see. "...I see bruises. Why again?" Leo mumbled ever so faintly, turning to face Donnie again. Meanwhile, Donnie hissed and punched the couch slightly. "Fucking confirmed. Shit.." He grunted out, clawing his head. Leo frowned and reached his hand out to Donnie. "What's going on??"

Donnie came to a halt as he breathed in sharply, exhaling so slightly. He looked up at Leo's concerned eyes, feeling horrible about the news he was about to give. Don walked to the beanbag next to the couch, flopping on it as he rubbed his temples with his index finger and thumb.

"Well, you see, I've been noticing variant details about Raph. I compared his before and after behavior. I analyzed his condition and decided to put all the details together." He mumbled loud enough for Leo to hear. Meanwhile, Leo was hunched over to hear better, having a confused frown.

"His startled mood. Bruises on his..inner thighs and scratch marks. His poor busted and injured lips...Leo. It all makes sense if you think about it for a minute." Donnie's voice got shaky as he finished his sentence, a lump bugging his throat. Leo frowned and decided to figure where Donnie was going with this.

Bruised. Scared. Inner thighs. He was at the most vulnerable situation in his life...but what was so specific about what Donnie said?
The genius turtle saw the puzzled expression of his brother, deciding to repeat the sentence.
"Bruises and scratch marks on inner thighs. Bruises, scratches, his groin." he repeated, everytime lowering his voice.

The realization snapped inside of Leo's head as loud as a balloon pop. His eyes widened, wandering on the ground. Slowly, he lifted his head up to look at Donnie in utter shock.
"You..You don't think they..." Leo's voice craved denial, he wanted to be mistaken, he needed to know his brother wasn't used for that. But to his sorrow, Donnie nodded slowly while looking at Leo with teary eyes.

"That's…exactly what I think, or better to say, am sure of…"

"Mah ass hurts fro' all da sittin'!"

FF whined as he cracked his back, stretched and rubbing his butt afterwards. Tigerclaw grunted as he glanced a dirty look at him, shaking his head. "The tracker shows this exact spot, but there is no car!" Rahzar growled as he stared at the tracker device in his skeleton hands. They were in a very dark and quiet alley, with no sign of their tracker. "Ya sure this thin' even works?" Fishface glared at Takeshi, crossing his arms as he tapped his foot repeatedly on the ground.

"Positive." The tiger answered, snatching the tracker device from his teammate. "Maybe it's under the ground?" Rahzar suggested, holding his hips. "Idiot, they wouldn' be able to brin' any vehicle down there." Xever spat out, face-palming hard. While they were busy bickering, TC used his enhanced smelling to find any trail. To his success, he did. Dried blood and turtle smell? Jackpot.
"Shut it, you two. We will check the sewage, too."

"O' you gotta be kiddin' me!"

Back in the lair, Donnie has fallen asleep on the beanbag. Although, it couldn't be the same for Leo. He was still awake, many thoughts crippling him. Why did they have to...Leo didn't even want to think about it. How could they? How could they be so heartless? So cold and careless? He guessed they were materials the criminals were made out of.
He sighed quietly as he laid his head back on the couch, trying to get some decent sleep. It was already passed 2 A.M.

Suddenly, he felt the silence break. He heard footsteps. Multiple ones. His head jerked up at the hallway, not seeing anyone. His eyes traveled to the exit door, waiting for anything to happen. He didn't know why, but he could just feel someone..or some people were getting closer to there.

In an instant, the door was gone, dust going all up in the air and spreading out, blocking the view. Leo coughed as he tried to clear his vision. Donnie was already startled awake when he heard the destructive sound, his mind not comprehending anything. Leo slowly slid from under Raph as he stood up, getting in a fighting stance. "Raph, wake up!" Leo whisper yelled through his teeth, eyes not leaving the exit.
They were there. Two tall figures and one medium. They were here to get him; to get Raph. And they were sure going to give his brothers a lesson.

...
