KEELA'S P.O.V

You do not want to know what I had to go through to escape the clutches of the mighty Ebony, but I'm glad I'm here, I'm late but I'm here. After parking my car at the back I used the back door that leads me to the lounge that I'm hoping Devon booked out because if he didn't, it would change a lot of things .

Due to past experiences there is a slight story about why I always take the back door to Club 101 that literally nobody else but the owner uses and it's because I cause way too much trouble when I come in through the front.

It's not my fault but it has happened so much that the manager just thinks I start it, but she can't loose me as a client so I get special treatment, basically the less I walk around, the minimal the trouble. .

"Ey Bob, what's up man?" I asked walking up to him giving him some dap. Bob is this biker bouncer who's nice and chill.

Thing is, he never says anything. Nobody knows why, nobody asks why, and there's no medical evidence of what it is that got his tounge. I know though, he knows that I know but we never speak of it. Literally.

He nods in acknowledgment, opens the gate and lets me in. I dap him again and he turns back to guard the door.
Isn't he just nice.

I walk through the storage rooms and the offices past the managers' office and I peep in for a little greeting and see her on the desk counting her money.

Dom is this hardcore butch that I know from way back. Her and I help each other with some business in some hard to reach places. She lifts up her head smiling in acknowledgement.

I know not to interrupt her when she's working so I signal her to come by and check us out at the lounge, she nods and I move on.

I take a sharp turn to my right, faced with the red door that leads to the stairs that go to the VIP lounges at the second floor of the club, I couldn't help but feel a sudden tingle all over my body.

The club music got louder when I opened the door and climbed up the stairs. Immediately at the corner of my eye I see Devon getting a lap dance from two girls.

He sees me and he shoves them both off his lap and walks up to me screaming but I can't hear him because it's too loud in here.

"Yow, where you been I've been tryna call you but that shit is on VM man, what you get into?" he shouted into my ears.

"Okay if you spit in my ear one more time, I'll have to shoot you. Now get everybody out our area. We need to talk." I try my best to compete with the DJ and his sound system, but I'm glad because Devon heard me and started doing just what I told him to.

He chased away strippers that weren't working anymore, bitches that he probably picked up on the steps that lead to the VIP area and some guys that were too high to be drinking like this and then it was just him and I.

Even the music seemed to be turned down slightly.
I took a seat and he just stood there dancing until I looked dead at him when he realised I wasn't here for games he sobered up and took a seat next to me.

"Listen man, how drunk are you?"I asked to make sure I don't spill serious business to a fumbling mess.
"I literally just came in here bro, I had two shots I swear I'm good what's up?" he said, he didn't need to shout this time since the DJ was playing a chilled song.

"Ayt, so I'll be off any type of work for a while and I need you to take over. Can you do that?" I asked him and I swear I could feel his heart drop to his ass.

"What do they have you in for boss, you know I got you, you got the best lawyers and..."I smacked him at the back of his head and he kept quiet and looked at me like he was about to cry but not from the pain.
