Toko P.O.V:

"THE FIRST CLASS TRIAL SHALL BEGIN NOW! ARGUMENTS START! DEBATES START! EVIDENCE MAY BE SHOW AROUND! QUESTIONS ASKED! CLASSMATES INTERROGATED! BLACKEND BE READY TO DEFEND YOURSELF! JURORS BE READY TO FIGHT FOR YOUR LIVES! THE CLASS TRIAL IS A GO!"

With, that Monokuma sat back down, took out another pot of honey, and looked at all of us eagerly, waiting for someone to officially start the class trial.

"So, lets start with what we know about Chihiro's death." Sakura started, taking another glance at the big pink  X over Chihiro's photo.

"Well, we know she died by strangulation to the neck and that she was killed in the same hallway, her body was found. However, the most important thing to take into consideration is that Chihiro was killed after we all were supposed to be in our dorms." Kyoko said.

"So, that means one of us broke that goddamn rule, correct?" Leon implied.

"WHOEVER BROKE THAT RULE, WILL BE SEVERELY PUNISHED, FOR IT IS AGAINST THE RULES WE MADE OURSELVES, TO BE OUT AFTER 10 PM!"  Ishamaru hollered.

"Let's just forget that someone broke the rule for a second, and focus on where everyone was last night." Yasuhiro noted, annoyance hinted in his voice.

"So, let's go around the circle, and tell each other where we were last night at approximately 10:07 pm, the time of Chihiro's death. Starting with me."  Makoto declared. "I was in my room sleeping, since it had been a busy day as you all know. At around 9:50pm, Sayaka had came to my room, telling me she was scared to sleep in her own dorm at the moment and we-"

"Well, I have to admit, that I had broke the rule, to go ask Monokuma for some more notepad paper since I had ran out, for my newest fanfic. Just ask Monokuma over there." Hifumi stated.

"Bingo! Our Ultimate FanFic Creator is right! He may have broken the rule, but he only did come for more paper. And trust me, I watched him leave and go into his dorm." Monokuma answered.

"How do we know your not lying, you scumbag?" Mondo questioned, clenching his fists in frustration.

"Well, see it's against my programming to lie. See, you can read my manual. It tells you all what I can and can't do, kiddos." Monokuma retorted.

Once, said Monokuma, passed the manual to Makoto who passed it around in a circle, starting with Sayaka. When, it got to me, I started reading, and soon realized that Monokuma was actually telling the truth. It said, in their manual, that they never programmed in a "lie device" so therefore they will always be telling the truth, whenever asked a question.

~Huh? Well, at least something good has happened today......I mean now that we know Monokuma can't lie, it'll be easier to ask them questions if we need it during the trial.

"Toko?" Makato questioned.

"U-Uh, w-what, s-sorry?" I stammered out, an embarrassed look crossing my features.

"Well, I can see that you were spacing out. You do know that does make you look very suspicious, I'll still ask the question. Where were you at 10:07 pm last night?"
