He was right! Because in the next three hours, as the sun had gradually set, he and BJ saw that it was packed with a proliferation of customers gathered around many of the vehicles. A good number of them were either plain, moderate, flamboyant, and flashy. There were vehicles inside the building, on the top floor, outside the parking lot, and even in the underground garage down below.

Tommy and BJ looked around proudly to see everyone gathering around to check the vehicles. The place was gradually turning into a success. "You did it, Vercetti," BJ told Tommy. "This place is packed. Everyone is dying to purchase one of these fine rides. I made a great decision selling this place to you."

"No problem, Mr. Smith," Tommy told him. "I told you I know how to run a business here."

" And you proved just that, Vercetti," BJ said. "You know how to walk the walk and talk the talk."

Before they could finish their conversation, they saw a couple of thugs dressed in black armed with machine guns waving their pistols around at everyone at the parking lot, which prompted the customers to scream at the top of their lungs and duck below the vehicles around them.

"This is a hold-up!" one of the thugs growled at the customers. "We're taking a couple of these cars, and if you know what's good for you, you'd keep your mouths shut while we swipe a couple of these rims!"

Tommy and BJ watched as the thugs each got a fancy Stinger and started the engine. "Hey!" BJ shouted, running out of the building. "Get back here with those rides!"

But the thugs pretended they didn't hear them and drove away before Tommy and BJ had a chance to catch up to them.

"Damn!" BJ growled, kicking the sign out of frustration. "They stole the merchandise!"

"Don't worry, Mr. Smith," Tommy told him, not one to let it all slide just like that. "I'll catch them!"

"Cheers, Mr. Vercetti!" BJ thanked as he watched Tommy head to his Infernus. "Get those cars back while I stall the customers! We need those cars!"

Tommy then hopped inside the Infernus and started the engine. He quickly drove out of the parking lot and made a right turn to chase after the thugs who stole the cars. Tommy then picked up his cellphone and punched in a number.

"Yeah?" he heard Mario say over the phone.

"Mario," Tommy told him, "I need you and the other guys to help me out! I'm driving a white Infernus through the second island! I ain't got time to explain! Just drive over here and help me!"

Tommy hung up the cellphone and exited the town of Little Havana, making a right turn on the road. He was determined to get those two cars back from the thugs and he needed help from a few of the members of his gang. Luckily, as Tommy finally saw the vehicles the thugs stole driving right ahead, a red Cheetah came just in time to drive alongside Tommy, with Mario as the driver.

"We got your back, Tommy!" Mario shouted out, pulling up to the right side of Tommy's vehicle. "We'll help catch those punks who stole those cars!"

Tommy had no intention of doing any drive-bys on the thugs who stole the two cars, since doing so would damage the cars completely, and he wasn't going to let either of the cars get destroyed, especially after all the hard work he and BJ put into them yesterday. Tommy and Mario both drove towards the thugs who stole the two cars as the latter two made their way through Downtown, each ramming into each one of them at a time. They still had to be careful not to damage either one of them. So they each caused each of the cars each thug was in to maneuver them around, causing them to spin out.

This prompted the thugs to each exit the vehicles and pull out their pistols to shoot at Tommy, Mario, and the two other members of the Vancetti gang. The latter group wasted no time as they fired back themselves and managed to get the upper hand on the thugs by killing them instantly.

"Come on!" Tommy told Mario and the other two. "We gotta take these cars to get repaired before we return them to Sunshine Autos, and we can't let them get damaged!"

"Right behind ya, Tommy," Mario said.

Tommy took the red Stinger while Mario and the other two took the yellow one. They each got in each Stinger and started the engine just in time for the cops to arrive. With the cops hot on their trial, Tommy and Mario drove back down the long road, where they made it all the way to the Paint 'n' Spray shop and entered inside, losing the cops instantly.

Now that the cops were off of them and the Stingers they had were now in mint condition, they had to return them at Sunshine Autos without getting another scratch on them, otherwise, they wouldn't be sold. So they drove back down the long road and made a right turn on Little Havana all the way to the end. Sunshine Autos were right up ahead, and the customers were still around.

Tommy and Mario parked the stingers back in the parking lot, and they all hopped out to meet BJ inside the building.

"Cheers for getting the cars back over here, Vercetti," BJ thanked Tommy, shaking his hand out of gratitude.

"No problem," Tommy told him. "And this is my partner Mario and the two other members of my gang."

"Che cosa succede?" Mario greeted, shaking BJ's hand. "We're Vercetti's henchmen. We help him keep the territories under control. Looks like you're gonna need some heavy security just in case something like this were to happen again."

"I do need to keep this place in check," BJ admitted. "You're hired."

"Grazie, Mr. Smith," Mario told him. "Tommy here is the new owner of this place, so anything he owns, it's our job to protect it."

"Well thanks for your help, man," BJ said. "So let's remind the customers that security here is now tight."

So the business continued, and everyone else returned to their browsing and purchasing. So far, Sunshine Autos was on its way to becoming one of the most successful assets Tommy has owned, and he was looking forward to getting his regular income after his next task.
