[Kayleigh x Selene]

Police officer Kayleigh Song raced inside the bank when hostages walked outside, looking confused. She had been in the team for a year now and this is one of the weirdest phenomena that is happening. Bank robberies are quite uncommon these days and moreover, hostages walking freely as if nothing had happened.

"Miss. Are you alright?" Kayleigh asked.

"I'm fine." the lady answered.

"What happened? Before we knew it we were lying inside the bank, I couldn't even remember why." The lady mumbled to herself.

Kayleigh's gut is telling her that something's off. Had the hostages not known that they were being held captives? What about the bankers?

Kayleigh walked in to inspect while her subordinates were interrogating the other hostages. There she saw the employees stiffen when they saw a woman lying down blindfolded. She raced towards the woman and removed the blindfold from her eyes. There she saw mesmerizing warm blue eyes that took her breath. She instantly blushes.

I must keep my cool. She told herself.

"Miss, are you okay?" Kayleigh asked.

The woman's captivating smile melted Kayleigh's heart.

The woman attempted to stand up only to be out-of-balance and fell over Kayleigh. Luckily, Kayleigh, who's quick on her feet was able to balance herself, and prevent the fall.

"Easy there." Kayleigh said.

Just as Kayleigh was about to ask the woman her name, one of her subordinates walked towards them and said in a commanding voice, " Miss, could you come with us to the police station and allow us to interrogate you?"

The woman bit her lip and her body trembled.

"This officer would be the one to interrogate you." He said, hinting Kayleigh.

Kayleigh looked at her higher ranking subordinate like a lost puppy - confused. She was never the one who would be tasked to interrogate the hostages as well as the victims, even the suspects. Kayleigh smiled at the woman - warmly. She wouldn't mind interrogating this beauty after all.

"Don't worry. I don't bite." Kayleigh said in a friendly manner.

The woman gave a relieved sigh, then a small smile appeared from her face.

"I guess I still have some spare time then." the woman said.

Back in the police station, Kayleigh couldn't wait to finish her interrogation. She wanted to get this woman's phone number after all.

Kayleigh sat across the woman inside a one way mirror room.

"Let's get started then. What's your name?" Kayleigh asked.

"I'm Selene Huston." She smiled.

Kayleigh's eyes widen at the sudden revelation. She vaguely remembered that name. Although they were classmates during high school, their paths never crossed each other.

"Then Miss Selene. Can you tell us what you were doing there?" Kayleigh asked.

That's a stupic question! Of course she's there as a customer.

Kayleigh wanted to curse at herself for such an obvious question, but of course they needed to confirm something after all. Besides...

"I'm sorry officer, I couldn't remember." Selene said in an honest tone.
