“Personal questions will not be allowed.” I said sternly into the phone. I blocked the sunrays that were attacking me with my hand and listened intently to what was being said on the other line.

“How personal are we talking about?”

“Their relationship especially but that’s pretty much it. I trust you not to ask them questions that would make them uncomfortable. Am I right?” I waved one of the photographers over as I prepared to end my call.

“Yes, Ms. Winters.”

“I appreciate it. Have a good day.” She returned the greeting and ended the call. I slipped the iPhone in my purse and stretched my arms out to hug the photographer that had stepped up to me.

“I’m guessing you’re Hayden Winters.” He raised his brow.

“Yes, it’s nice to meet you. How’s everything going?”

He turned around to inspect how the photo shoot was progressing and turned back around with smile. “Everything is wonderful.”

The boys were taking a group picture near the water. There were no requirements really. They just had to show up, take pictures and have a good time while doing it. They seemed to be succeeding at that.

“The solo pictures are scheduled for ten. So in about two hours. Makeup and fittings need to retouched so make sure you have them there.” He explained.

“Copy that.” I smiled and took out my phone to write myself a memo just in case I forgot. He smiled his thanks and went back to the set.

I had taken care of all the calls and emails the entire morning so now I was left with nothing else to do, so I went up to the set to check the guys out.

“Louis focus.” The photographer tried getting his attention. Louis turned to him and nodded in understanding. I chuckled and crossed my arms, inspecting each one of them.

Niall was in the far back, dressed in a grey tux. Zayn was beside him, dressed in a dark blue tux. Liam followed, dressed in a black tux. Then Louis, dressed in a dark red tux and finally you had Harry in the far end, dressed in a dark green tux.

They looked good.

“Alright one more picture guys. Make it count.”

They all started tackling each other on set as the photographers snapped one last picture. Everyone clapped and they were escorted away from the set, giving space for it to be cleaned up and moved.

“Good job, guys.” I cheered and high-fived everyone. Well, everyone except for Zayn who completely ignored me.

About that. Zayn has pretty much been ignoring me since this morning and although I had a good idea why, I didn’t like it nor understand it.

“Zayn?” I called after him but he didn’t stop, he kept on walking towards the beach house. I sighed and ran after him, clutching my purse onto my side. I grabbed his arm and stopped him. “Can we talk?”

He took a deep breath and turned to me, his teeth clenched. I frowned as I took in his expression, he was angry. “What’s wrong?” I tried holding his hand but he buried it in his slacks pocket.

“Nothing. I’m just trying to go inside.” He mumbled.

“If it’s about what I said earlier, I didn’t mean it like that.” I whispered, looking around for precautions.

The boys were closer to the water now and as much as I wanted to run up to them and yell at them because they were getting their clothes wet, I decided against it.
