6: Living a Fantasy (Part 1)

POV: May

Susie and Allison's reactions to seeing each other were priceless. Allison was stunned by Susie's appearance. Susie on the other hand, was left completely spellbound by Allison. I'll admit that the twins did a fantastic job when they made Susie look lavish. However, I outdid them. I turned Allison into a queen.

The twins grinned at me as they leaned towards both of my ears. "You did a marvelous job with her," they whispered.

I smirked as I crossed my arms, then whispered; "I know. Esmay taught me well."

"That is true." Lilly hummed.

"You are definitely ready for Lynn's little girl years." Lynn mused.

I nodded. "My big sister taught me everything I know about kids." I sighed. "She would've adored Shay..."

The twins seemed to decide they didn't want me to be sad, because they suddenly sang; "Praise Esmay and her heart of gold!"

I couldn't help but chuckle at that. "You two are amazing."

"We know," they agreed.

"Does the reason why you haven't said anything about your estate and wealth have anything to do with Mr. Drew? 'Cause he'll freak out when he finds out."

"If he finds out," they giggled. "Now hush, we have lovebirds to spoil."

POV: None

At the same time, both of the Lillian twins clapped loudly. "Okay! Before we can let this date begin, we have something to say," they announced.

"We are well aware both of you lovebirds think this is a bit over the top, and you could be right." Lynn admitted.

"However, that's the point." Lilly continued. "So many couples go on ordinary dates, and we find that to be rather boring."

"Especially when you consider where we work," they resumed at the same time. "So, we figured your date would be the perfect opportunity for both of you to get a break from your stressful jobs. As such, tonight you two can forget your normal lives, and escape into a fantasy."

Then the twins then gave May a look, and she nodded. May then walked over to Susie, and the twins over to Allison. May took Susie's hands, and held them in her own. The twins on the other hand sat on their knees as either of them held one of her hands with both of their own.

May spoke first. "Tonight, I'm not May Winter, nor are you Susie Campbell. Instead, you are Duchess Suzanna Canbellois, a beautiful noblewoman who's been invited to dine with the queen herself. I on the other hand, am Dame Mayrene Wyllentear, and loyally serve as both your servant and your shield."

Then the twins spoke. "For the evening, We're not Lynn and Lilly Bell, nor are you Allison Pendle. Instead, you are the majestic Queen Alessandra Pendragon, a woman beloved for her benevolence and unequaled beauty. We on the other hand, are your devoted handmaidens, Lynnette and Lillianne Belvedere." Then they looked up, and smiled. "Your wish is our command, your majesty."

POV: Susie

The twins never fail to amaze. They're letting Allison and I live out a fantasy for our first date. Their obvious goal of spoiling us was working very, very, well. As I looked over them, and then May, I suddenly noticed something. The three of them had dressed up as well.

May was dressed in a simple, yet fancy outfit consisting of a yellow dress, white heels, a gold necklace with a sapphire in it. Her hair was no longer in a bun as well. It was clear she had dressed herself like this since it would help her mantle her role as Mayrene. Similarly, the twins had also dressed themselves to better mantle their role as the Belvedere twins. Their hair was both braided and put into a bun, while they wore Vermilion dresses, cream-colored heels, silk onyx gloves, and black pearl chokers.
