"vinnie," she said softly. "can we talk?" he didn't answer so she took that as a yes.
"you know how we slept together?" what the fuck is she supposed to say? how does she tell someone she's pregnant and the child might theirs?
"yea?" she's surprised that he even remembers it.
"i'm pregnant," she admitted. he was quiet for a minute. what would he say? would he yell at her?
"how are you sure it's mine?" he questioned, he didn't yell but she could tell he was angry.
"i was a virgin," he went quiet but then he laughed. "what's so funny?"
"the fact that you think i give a fuck about that baby," he told her. "abort the baby or something."
"i'm keeping it!" she yelled. "you piece of fucking shit, i hope you get into an accident where they chop your dick off!"
"then we wouldn't enjoy ourselves the way we two weeks ago," she could just hear him smirking from the other side of the phone. "besides if you don't get an abortion, you'll raise it alone."
"my baby is not an it, and i hope you end up raising twelve kids by yourself." she hung up and felt like yelling. she couldn't believe him, who does that?
she sighed and slammed her door. she entered her living room to find sissy sitting on her couch. "what's he say?"
"i'm going to kill him," she told him. "son of a bitch told me to abort my baby!"
"so he wants nothing to do with the baby?" lola nodded. "if it means anything, i'll be here for you."
"but how do you tell your kid that their father wants nothing to with them?" she rubbed her temples and sat next to sissy. "well, i guess i have to call a practitioner and schedule an appointment."
"it's going to be okay, i promise," lola laid down on the sissy's lap and decided to post a picture of the two.
