The Missing Piece

Abigail:

After 2 weeks of receiving sweet cards from my secret admirer. I was ready to meet him, the feeling that someone likes you, which can be anybody is kind of scary, I know that he might not be what I was expecting him to be but it's worth a try. Yesterday I wrote him back if we could be able to meet, he told me that he wanted to take me to a very place, so we could meet there.

Today I was going to finally meet him. I was so nervous, I didn't know what to wear since he didn't tell me the place which made it super hard, but I decided to wear a cute spring dress with converse.

I arrived at a beautiful cruise ship that had a view of the ocean. The waiter leads me to the front side of the ship. The mystery guy should be here I thought. I had never been so nervous in my entire life. It could be anyone, then I see a familiar guy walking towards me, he was wearing a nice blue shirt with brown shorts. He sits down in the seat and smiles at me, then it hit me, it was Taehwan.

"Taehwan, what are you doing here?" I nervously asked

"Oh surprise, I'm your mystery guy!" he giggles

I was in shook, the guy sending me the cards was Taehwan. I didn't know what to react, I was happy that he was here but I couldn't see that guy being so romantic.

"Do you like the view? I reserved the best one in town" he looks towards the open sea. It was beautiful, but I was a bit uncomfortable, I didn't have any feelings for him, I saw him as like my best friend, but I don't want to hurt his feelings so I didn't say anything to him unless he asked

"Yeah it's breathtaking" I give him a smile and his face starts to flush, he covers his face to avoid the embarrassment.

We spent the evening eating delicious food and watching the sunset. Honestly deep down inside of me made me change my mind with Seokso, Taehwan is such a nice, sweet human being. Seokso already had a girlfriend, I wouldn't have a chance of being with him anyways. I don't think I would consider being a couple with Taehwan but it was nice seeing him again. He didn't know that I went missing. I didn't tell him, I lied that I was a bit depressed about my eomma and that I didn't want to see people. I wanted to tell him the real reason why I left but I didn't want to worry him.

I went back home thinking if I should see my appa again after 2 weeks, I did miss Jeonsan teasing me, appa's cooking, and having the BTS members over. I arrived at the house since it was late I needed to be quiet, I walked downstairs to my room but the lights were on. I must have left it on I thought. I then see Auntie Sara in the bathroom in her pajamas, it seemed like she was looking for something.

"Um Auntie Sara, is everything ok?"

She flinched and looks at my direction.

"Oh hey Abigail, I didn't see you, I just looking for the extra shampoo, I'm thinking to take a shower tomorrow but I noticed that we were out, so how was the date with the mystery guy? Was he like you expected him to be?"

"Ok yeah, well actually he was somebody that I knew"

"Oh really, who is it?"

"It was Taehwan, he took me to eat at a cruise ship, it had the most beautiful view of the ocean"

She looks at me with disbelief, it's kind of hard to believe that Taehwan could be a nice romantic guy, he normally is the shy, nerdy kid.

"Wow um it makes sense why he'd like you, you guys are always together"

I smile, it did seem like that. That was the part I was nervous because if I told Taehwan that I don't feel the same way people might think that I'm the bad guy and a bunch of drama would happen, which I hate dealing it.
