The next day everything proceeds as routine, the twins ignoring Sila and playing with Mirha as Sila was making their lunch. She has started helping Bi Jaan with house chores especially with kids' meals and their chores. She was trying to busy herself and also wanted to make the twins comfortable with her. She was at last relieved that they were not fussing anymore and just simply ignore her. She sighed as she keeps an eye at kids playing in the drawing-room and finished making their favourite biryani and chicken nuggets. She wanted everything healthy and safe for them so she made all the food instead of the frozen one. 

She had to feed Mirha soon and let her nap else she will get cranky and fussy at night. Ahtisham was going to be late today as he has a lot of pending work and back to back meetings this whole week. She was nervous about spending time with kids in his absence because he will always support her and keep her morale high. They have become more than employ and a caretaker, they are now good friends who will teamwork to help the kids and make them comfortable with her. She signaled Bi Jaan to served food for the twins as if she goes there to call them, they will leave without having their meal and she didn't want that. 

She takes Mirha from Bi Jaan who came with the twins and goes to her room to feed her and put her down for a nap. After putting Mirha to sleep, she sat down and thinks about the twins and how they have closed themselves in a shell. She wanted to love them, protect them, and cherish them but it's all in vain unless they let her in, let her take all the pain away.

At night, Ahtisham came from the office late and exhausted. He was taking slow steps to not wake up anyone but as he was passing the TV lounge he saw Sila with Mirha both sleeping on the couch. Sila was holding the baby so close to her heart like she was afraid of letting go. He smiled at them and takes his phone to click this beautiful masterpiece. He knows that taking her picture without her permission was wrong but he can't resist. 

The scene was so beautiful and magnificent. He knows that he was drawn towards her innocence, her sincerity, and most of all her devotion to his children. He came out of his trance and put his phone back in the pocket when he saw Sila stirring. She wakes up from her restless nap and the first thing that she saw was Ahtisham Haider Shah standing in front of her in all his glory with his wrinkled clothes and messy looks. She quickly averted her eyes and sat up straightening her dupatta. He smiled at her nervous state and speaks to cut the awkwardness.

"What are you both doing here this late? Not that I mind you being here," he asked politely but smirked at the end looking at her shocked expression. She ignored his smirk and answered him.

"Wo... Mirha was missing you as you are late today. I can't sleep so I came here and also bring her with me," she said.

He nodded at her and asked if she had dinner to which she shook her head. He frowned and looked at her closely. She was upset about something; these days he gets to know so many things about her and this was one of it. She was continuously biting her bottom lip and not making eye contact with him. He told her to set the dinner for them as he went to get fresh and came to the dining table. He was so excited when he saw biryani and digs in quickly. 

She was just playing with her food, keeping an eye at Mirha cot that was right beside her. He after filling his stomach with the most delicious biryani he ever had, looked upward to compliment and say thank you but he frowned when he saw her just looking at the plate without taking a bite. He was getting frustrated with her behaviour but not in a bad way, he just wanted to solve all her problems and dissolve all her doubts. He takes a deep breath and asked her.
