Recap:

'Ding!

The lift door opened and the members were waiting.

"Aish. So this is where our Vernon is.." Scoups teased.

"You all think too much." He said letting go of my wrists and walked out the lift.

"Yah Vernon, your bag is here." Mingyu said.

"Go ahead. I need to use the toilet." He answered.

They entered the lift as I stood at the back, looking down.

'It's nothing Nadia. You are just thinking too much. He doesn't feel the same anymore and so do you. You guys have moved on.' I reminded myself.

When we reach the basement, Taejoon was already there waiting in the car. I said goodbye to the guys as I got in.

"You guys were awesome just now!" Taejoon gave a thumbs up and they all bowed.

"Gomawo hyung. See you around. Noona!! Drop by again please!" Dino put his hands together.

I laughed and nod my head.

"Hwaiting!!"

When we arrived home, I went to cook dinner for us while Taejoon wash up. 

"Han." I called out our cat underneath the sofa.

"Come. Eomma cooked salmon."I pat the floor.

Han took awhile to come out from his hiding place.

'Meowww.' Han took a sniff of the salmon before taking a lick.

I left him to eat as I prepared our dinner on the dining table.

"Han.. What did eomma cooked for you?" Taejoon asked.

"Baby, can you help me get the ice from the freezer," I said.

"Sure," He kissed my cheeks.

Next morning~

"Baby. I'm off for my shoot." He said as he kissed my goodbye.

"Ugh what time are you ending today?" I asked.

"The shoot is till early morning. Don't wait up okay." He said and I nod my head sleepily.

"I love you." I mumbled falling asleep again.

Seventeen surprise interview-

The members after their comeback stage ends.

PDnim: We are going to have an interview with each and everyone of you individually.

Seventeen members: Is it for our going seventeen?? Who gets to choose the theme this time round?

PDnim: Ani. This is for another variety. Kindly wait for your turn.

Seungkwan: Why do I feel like it's going to be a prank video again?

Wonwoo: You are thinking too much. It's not even close to Halloween.

Assistant: Scoups ssi. You are first.

Vernon's POV

Scoups hyung took awhile in the interview room. In fact all of them took quite some time.

When it comes to my turn, I started feeling cold sweats forming. I knock on the door and went in.

PDnim: Vernon ssi. You know why you guys are here?

Me: Nope.

PDnim: Cause one of you will be joining the We Got Married series.

Me: Who is it?
I asked curious.

PDnim: Based on the list of brides we have given the members have voted for you to join and they have also picked up an artiste they think suits you for this show. However, if you are agreeable we have to approach the other party as well.

Me: May I know who the person is?

PDnim: Nope. You will find out in a week's time. When both your schedules are cleared. But they said you know this person. In fact, all of them do.

Me: What do I do in this programme?

PDnim: Like all other couples in the show previously, you guys live the life of a married couple but this time, it is only half scripted. We wanna see how you guys adapt to the show. To make it more real, you are to stay together during that duration and follow each other if either of you have overseas schedule. In this case, mostly is you having the overseas schedules.

I nod my head.

PDnim: Anytime you feel uncomfortable and you don't want to be in the programme anymore. You can choose to end the marriage. The longest a couple stayed on is 2 and a half months. No one has ever broken that record yet.

Me: What if we broke that record?

PDnim: That means ratings are skyrocketing.
But you know the rules right? No real feelings involved. We are okay but it's usually the agencies that are against it.

Me: Understood. I need to talk to my girlfriend about this.

PDnim: I believe your agencies have respectedly inform your partners. *He smiled*

Me: Thank you. Looking forward to working with you guys.

PDnim: We too. Look forward to our mission cards ya.

With that I left the room.

Me: Hyung, did you all vote for me?

The rest : Yup. We felt like you should open up more by going to variety shows without us. Plus, you will thank us. Jeonghan and Joshua hyung winked at me.

Me: Right. I can't wait to watch your interviews.

Woozi: You will when the first episod airs.

Dino: hehe good luck hyung.
