So!! If y'all follow me on Instagram, you'll know I attempted this a while ago. But, long story short, that kinda fell through... 😅 (My inspiration really does come and go, what can I say. But to everyone who requested for that one, feel free to drop your couples in the following chapters! I chose a lot of you for my first video, I just lost inspiration bc of the song LOL.) But anyways, for my first video edit of the year, I want to attempt my own multicrossover video! Originally, I was just going to use my own couples/faceclaims that I've been wanting to edit but are never requested for, but I figured it might be nice to open it up to everyone on Wattpad. If this completely fails and no one's interested, then I'll just revert back to my original idea and use my own couples LOL.
So, if you're new here, what is a multicrossover video? In the simplest of terms, they're videos that are very popular within the vidding community, where editors highlight multiple ships to a specific song. For Wattpad purposes, these videos will be made up of different fics and characters/ships created by different authors. Basically, these are like my multiship videos, except I'll be pulling from different works/authors. I've attached an example of a multicrossover collab I participated in (I have a few more coming, I'll attach them here once they're up) ☺
SOME GUIDELINES/RULES
1. For multicrossover edits, your story does NOT need to be published. I know, shocker! But because these aren't full story edits, I'm gonna be more lenient. With that being said, if you do request for unpublished stories, please be as detailed as you can in your form!
2. If your characters/ship end up featured in a video, please drop a comment (either on YouTube or on the published chapter) for serotonin purposes! ♡ Also, you don't necessarily have to link the edit in your story if you don't want to, since the entire video won't be dedicated to your ship alone, but feel free to do so if you'd like!
3. As usual, I probably won't be notifying the people I chose for each video (this is still a graphic lotto and my inspo still does come and go), so please don't nag me about it.
4. For each idea, you may submit as many characters/ships/books as you want! Depending on the space/the amount of people who request, I probably won't vid all of them, but putting in more than one request does increase your chances of being featured.
5. Ideas for new multicrossover videos will be posted in separate chapters following this one. These chapters will not be up forever! I'll be unpublishing chapters when I receive enough requests/inspiration to execute the idea. With that being said, please make sure to put in your requests as soon as possible (or let me know that you're interested, so I can keep the chapter up for you).
