So, I wrote out a whole paragraph saying how I wasn't sure about how I felt about this video (see: I'm an indecisive bitch & in one moment, I'll think something I've created is the greatest piece of work ever, but in the blink of an eye, I'll be hating it's existence) but after watching it another three times (seriously, if there's a single mistake in this edit I will fucking SCREAM because I've watched it like, twenty two times after it was completed) I'm actually really proud of this!! I think it turned out really well and I really hope it accurately represents the universe you've created (which I am OBSESSED with by the way, the coven + Diana + DianaHarry own my heart 🥺🥺🥺)
The song was really hard to cut, since most of it is instrumental, so it's a little longer than my standard ship videos ☺ Also, I've been watching a shit ton of the Marauders/Jily edits recently, and as a result, I was inspired to incorporate book passages/quotes into the video!! I've been wanting to do it for a while, but I think it actually works really well for this particular edit!! ☺
I know what you have published now is set in the third book, but I did use footage of Harry from the 3rd to the 6th movie (mostly just from 3 + 4 though!) And I know it was supposed to focus on the love triangle, but editing Cedric was so fucking difficult + Rob doesn't have the same look in any of his other movies (I really didn't want to use Twilight, since he looks a lot different there) so I hope it's okay that it's more focused on Harry + Diana's dynamic!!
