Imagine Cas and Dean are in an ancient church and there's a painting of a baby angel and Dean says that it looks like Cas.

Cas walks into the church first, Dean follows, as they walk around Dean sees a baby angel with black wings painted on the glass "Aw, Cas, it looks like you." he says jokingly. Cas comes up behind him and says "That is me." he smiles and looks at Cas. On the wall there's a baby angel with golden wings, flipping someone off, with nothing on, Dean starts laughing and all Cas says is "and that naked one flipping off the pope is Gabriel."
