RIN'S P.O.V
What?! I- Wait... No, sorry. What?! As I just stand there, balking in absolute disbelief, the stranger slowly tilts his head, letting out a breath of a chuckle. He can't- Is this some kind of joke? Even if it was... Who'd be behind it? Realistically, nobody could pull something like that off. So-
"I told you you wouldn't believe me," he eventually snorts, twisting the smoke emanating from the last of his flames around his fingertips. This goes way beyond not believing him- it's impossible! I'm the son of Satan. So is Yukio. We were the only kids that bastard ever had! There's no way there are more of us out there!
Except... There could be. Maybe? The more I dwell on it, the more my head starts to fizz with all sorts of thoughts. Could Satan have had more kids? What else would explain this guy's blue flames? A quirk? Possibly. But a quirk wouldn't have the effect it has on the demons surrounding us, all of them dangling from their branches, almost as though they're clinging onto the suspense saturating the air. No- they only respond to demonic royalty. They might be dumb, but they're smart enough to recognise one of Satan's own.
Finally, it actually begins to sink in. The scarred male gives me time to process, leaning against the burnt tree beside him as he watches the possibility spin around behind my eyes. I'm not the only one anymore.
"I-... This is a lot to take in," I eventually mutter, lifting my gaze a little as I try to collect a full breath. Again, he just rasps a short laugh, pushing his marred fingers through his pitch, crusted hair. It looks like it's been tacked together by a mixture of ash and soot.
"That's fair. Not every day you meet a demon," he hums, a hint of pride dripping from his tone. At that, I actually chuckle, quickly catching him off guard. Those piercing eyes of his narrow a little as his brow weighs down on his upper eyelids.
"You'd be surprised," I snort, sweeping some of my hair behind my pointed ear and lifting my lip up into a smirk high enough to showcase one of my pointed canines. As I do, my tail slips out from beneath Kaminari's hoodie, the white fur grazing the charred grass. But the realisation doesn't truly settle for him until I ignite my hand in a fluttering ball of blue fire. That takes him by surprise.
"Wait- You're-"
"-Like you," I admit, quickly extinguishing the flames the moment the creatures around us begin to hiss and hoot in response to them, back to being excited over the presence of their prince. Or... Princes. However, though it took me what felt like forever to get it, this guy's features quickly light up a little. His mouth stretches into a small grin, but one wide enough to strain the staples holding him together. Jeez, what the hell even happened him?
"We're the same," he breathes, taking a soft step forward and extending a hand towards me. I don't know why I barely even think before taking it. As soon as I do, I have to fight to suppress a shudder- the rough texture of the damaged skin creeping towards his knuckles is coarse to the touch. Like running your fingertips over crumpled paper.
"Y-Yeah. Guess so," I murmur. Even though the whole concept has settled a bit, I don't think it's all properly sunk in yet. Not really. There's someone else with my flames. There's another demon like me that exists in this world. But I can't even begin to process what that even means. Not yet. Something tells me it's gonna take a while.
"There are so many things we can share. How to use our flames- stuff like that. How old are you?" He asks, assessing my features as he grips my hand a bit tighter. Suddenly, I feel like a little kid tethered to his older brother.
"Seventeen. You?"
"Twenty Three." Woah. Twenty three? I wish I could hold the mild shock back before it runs itself over my face, but it leaps up quickly enough for him to steal a chuckle towards it. And then I think about the real implications of that. Satan must've done all of this before. He was probably the first. He must've been. The first kid born with satanic heritage. Damn.
"So... You're like- Does that make you-"
"-Your older brother? Yeah, seems like it."
"I've got another brother. I-... Sorry." This is so much. Too much. But just enough at the same time. Because who better to teach me, right? Even though I've managed to get a handle on my flames, there must be stuff I've never even dreamed of trying!
Maybe... Maybe this is what I've needed this whole time. A mentor. Another demon willing to teach me how to be even better. How to grow, and work with the flames I've got. He could be that for me. "Hey. Do you think you could- Well you're older than me. So you probably know a hell of a lot more about these powers than I do. Do you think you could-"
"-Teach you? Of course. We've gotta stick together, right?" Right. However, just before I go to speak again, suddenly, I hear my name. A bunch of people calling it, to be precise. Shit, Yukio must've realised I snuck out. Not only do I hear the clear, tired aggravation in his tone, but I also notice a collection of the Exwires combing the surrounding area. Jeez, can't I do anything around here without being babied?!
Still-
"You should go. They're exorcists- they'll freak if they find out there are more sons of Satan," I nervously chuckle, finally letting go of his hand and backing into the brush. The other demons have began to disperse, and I think it's probably for the best that we do too. However, just as he turns his back to me, I suddenly perk up a bit. "Wait! What's your name? How will I find you again?" I call as loud as I can without alerting my fellow exorcists. Thankfully he hears it though, turning and glancing over his shoulder. His eyes almost burn through the dark.
"Name's Dabi. Meet me here tomorrow night, and we can start training. Brother." Then, with that last word hanging in the air, he vanishes into the shadows of the trees, disappearing from sight. Leaving just me, stood in the clearing, the sharp remnants of the burnt grass bristling my slacks. Right.
Brother.

DABI'S P.O.V
"Finally~! You took so long!" She whines, practically hanging off of my shoulder as we walk. I swear I can still feel the ooze of Rin's desperation in the small of my palm. "Did he find you?"
"Yeah, he did. We're starting tomorrow."
"Oooh, Tomura's gonna be so pleased with you."
"I'm not doing it for him," I half growl, eventually shrugging her off. She's fine in small doses, but when she gets clingy I get irritable. "Did you get what you needed?"
"Mhmm. I've hidden it somewhere safe so they won't find it. I can get it back to base tomorrow during breakfast."
"Just make sure it's done."
"Yeah yeah," she huffs, eventually turning on her heel and heading back the way I just came, swinging one arm as she pops open the cap to a small vial of blood. The way she swigs it is both gross and impressive at the same time. Of course, I look away when I hear her stripping herself down again, just handing her the spare clothes she had me fetch for her.
"Make sure they didn't notice you left."
"Don't worry-" she starts, grabbing the shirt, boxers and slacks off of me, the pitch of her voice rapidly beginning to lower as she continues "-I can get back before Rin does." Finally, I can look again. She isn't a 'she' anymore.
"Just make sure you've got his blood hidden, alright? And don't get caught. I'll be waiting for you to bring me the body in the morning," I finally mutter, turning my back to Toga and heading in the other direction. All I see as I send one final glance over my shoulder is her practically skipping back towards the UA dorms.
The moon catches the black lightning bolt in her hair perfectly.
