It was a sunny morning. Despite the cold air that passed through the window, Cha Yoongi felt himself more awake. He drank his tea as he looked out the window. He can see some neighbors walking their dogs. Some students in the neighborhood on their way to school at this hour. It was...peaceful.
He heard footsteps come into the large luxury living room. Turning his head, his husband, Cha Junghoon came in fixing his tie. Getting ready for work like he did every morning. Yoongi had woken up earlier to make his husband quick breakfast.
"I'm leaving" he mumbled to Yoongi
The brunette just nodded his head and watched his husband leave their home. Yoongi bites his lips feeling tense, watching him jump in his car and speed off. There it was the loneliness. But it was a satisfying loneliness. He could relax without the pair of eyes watching his every move. For a few hours of the day he didn't have to hear that arrogant voice. He was alone.
As you can already tell. Yoongi and his husband aren't affectionate. The only times they are affectionate is when his husband demanded sex from the brunette after a long work day. Other than that, he barely spoke to him. It wasn't an ideal relationship. But, Yoongi had to stay. The marriage was arranged by his parents.
Yoongi gets up from the chair by the window and goes into the shared bedroom. He sighs deeply walking into the large walk in closet "Shopping it is"
He picked out an expensive silky shirt and trousers. Then he goes into the bathroom to take a long shower. After the shower he moisturizes and dresses up. He goes into his closet to get a very nice faux fur coat. He puts on his leather dress shoes and goes outside to the car.
"Which mall today?" Yoongi scrolled on his phone. He picked a mall thats in Gangnam because of the nice restaurants nearby "Okay off we go" he mumbles starting the car
That was Yoongi's life. He didn't work. He was a house 'husband' I guess you can say. He grew up in a very wealthy household. His parents were owners of big corporations. They owned a popular online shopping website and electronics company. His family is literally one of the richest in South Korea. Many might see this as a blessing. All of his life must be wonderful. But no, even for the rich his life isn't wonderful.
Everyday Yoongi finds himself in other people's shadows. He grew up as the youngest amongst his two older brothers. His brothers were expected to take part in working the family business. But Yoongi was the unplanned child. He was raised to be just a pretty face. Just a trophy. He rarely had a say growing up. Getting into an arranged marriage were just one out of many instances.
