Ok guys, basically this two year time skip is due to the events of the light novels. Events such as their encounter with samuel aka 666 otherwise know in the Underworld as the Trihexa, Issei having his full peerage now and other events that took place in the light novels. The reason why I'm not adding most of these events in this alternate storyline, is because I want to drift far away from the over used canon storyline... be honest.. we've all read at least a handful of dxd fanfics that clings to the canon storyline throughout the while book.. so I don't want this story to be that predictable, hence me trying to make it as unique to you my wonderful readers as possible. Some crazy stuff is going to go down in the upcoming chapters also and again, I will be merging some aspects of the light novels but not everything because It's bother some to keep up so many different characters, which is why Y/n, Vali and Issei are my main focus with minor appearances of the others on the side. For instance, Issei will have a full peerage like in the light novels and he's now an adult along with the our oc Y/n and most of the other characters. Sorry for the long announcement, but I just wanted to be clear what's taking place in this non canon dxd alternate storyline.. *Just a little spoiler, you're meeting your op little brother in the next chapter*.
