Chapter 13: Seeking Power, Encounter with The White One

Kuroka’s POV

It’s been a week since the extermination of the elder devils, who all turned out to be demons, and Y/n’s battle with the heavenly god Indra. He hasn’t woken up yet and it was my turn to check up on him. He looks so innocent and cute when he’s sleeping… I said in a soft tone as I gently played with his f/c hair. I’ve been trying to speed up his recovery with the help of Shirone using sage arts, but it’s not enough to completely stabilize his powers and speed up his recovery I’m afraid. Hurry up and awaken already… I still need to properly thank you for slowly restoring the bond between me and Shirone, besides… Roseweisse and I as well as the others are really worried about you, so hurry up awaken form your recovery, sleeping beauty… I said sweetly, then gently kissed his forehead. Good morning, Y/n… Kuroka said with a small smile as he sat beside you on the bed, then Katusei walked in the room accompanied by Rose. Miss Rosseiwess, don’t worry too much, N/n will wake up sooner than you thin- she cut herself of at the site of your awakening. D-darling, your awake now! Rose said as she leaped in bed with you, followed by Katusei. Yawn… what time is it, am I late for school… you said, with a half awake expression and tone. Causing all the girls to giggle at how Kawii “cute” you looked and sounded. You’ve been out for a week since your battle with the scum elders and Lord Indra Darling… Rose added with concern, as she checked your body for god only knows what. Geez Serafall, he just woke up and your already rubbing his energy awake… Katusei added with a small smile. Anyways… I’m sorry for worrying you guys… let’s all go out for some ice cream later, as my thanks for helping my recovery, my treat… you said while smiling sweetly at your girlfriends and causing them to smile sweetly at you as well. I’ve been watching you for a while now, Y/n L/n… I said to the f/c haired teen. More like stalking… Kuroka added as she, Sera and Rose stood before you in a defensive stance. Who are? You asked as you took a bite of your chocolate flavored ice cream. His name is Vali Lucifer, he’s a member of the chaos brigade… Serafall added in a serious tone. You said as to took another bite of your ice cream. I heard it from that heavenly god Indra from your battle… I replied, as I moved a few steps closer to him, causing the girls to tense up. Kuroka… I see you’ve taken a liking to him, you seemed to change a bit since you left the chaos brigade… I said while observing her willingness to protect Y/n. You can say that I regained my feelings of love… she replied with a faint blush, causing Y/n to look at her with a hint of confusion. No way Vali, he just recovery from his last battle and awoke from a whole week of slumber… Kuroka added, then Y/n stepped in front of them and took the last bite of his ice cream. N/n shouted excitedly as his aura golden aura and disappeared, then got replaced by a black and silver one, as his eyes turned the same color as his aura and two sliver horns grew out forehead. Oh? It seems you have attracted his dragon aura Vali… A voice from that Vali guy’s sacred gear said. Indeed Albion, during Y/n slumber, his power was merging to his newly godly powers… however… a new power was awakened the moment that started… feast your eyes on a true dragon god’s power white dragon emperor… alchemy added as N/n sprinted off at Vali. Here I come my new rival! N/n shouted in excitement as he reached Vali’s area, then punched him in the stomach, completely shattering his armor.

Albion’s POV

One hit… he blew away my sacred gear in complete balance breaker form in one hit! That’s my new rival for you! Vali shouted as I repaired the armour.  This is too exciting Y/n, I have to go all out to keep up with you! Vali said with a maniac smile. De ja vu much… Y/n was just like this when he awakened his true god form… leviathan added. Make no mistake, he is only like this because he facing someone stronger than him… he is a battle maniac after all… I retorted. I whom am about to awaken…

Very small time skip

Juggernaut Drive… Vali chanted, then took the form of the heavenly white dragon. Here I come Rival! He shouted then flu at Y/n with blinding speeds. Just call me Y/n, your pretty fast in that form Vali… he said as he got in a defensive stance. Roar!!! I roared as Vali landed a direct hit to him with his tal, sending him flying into a pillar of rocks. Damnit, I guess need to adjust a bit in this new form of mine… I feel like it isn’t completed yet… you thought as Vali flu around you in circles at blinding speeds while roaring loudly. Devine Cyclone! He roared as you lifted out of the rock, while the sharp winds sliced your skin as it greatly took your energy away. S-shite, my energy… you thought as you escaped the attack. |I can still assist you partner…| Alchemy added. Am good partner, it’s just that this new form feels so incomplete, I can think straight… you replied as you dodged a breath attack from Vali. Rose’s POV

Y/n! me and the other girls called out in concern as my darling fell to his knees because of his sudden disabilities. Alchemy, what is wrong with him? Katusei asked with a terrified expression. Vali… you will have to pardon Y/n for a moment… Alchemy said in a serious tone. What’s the matter, he was fine a moment ago… is he unable to fight now… Vali ask as he descended from the sky. Is fighting all you care about you jerk! Katusei shout at him. Calm down Katusei…  he will be fine, this always happened when Y/n is about to evolve and surpass his limits… and you Vali, I promise it will be worth the wait… that I can assure you… Alchemy said. I see, he can get even stronger! Very well then, I will wait for him to awaken from his growth state… Vali said as he laid down while still in his juggernaut drive.

Y/n’s POV

W-where am I? You asked as you awoke in a tavern of some sorts. Welcome young Xyzalithe… I see you have become one step closer to unlocking your true self and at a very fast pace as well… A deep voice said, causing you to turn around to see something that shocked you to the core… a humungous silver dragon with black runes all over its body. There is no need to be frightened Y/n, I am merely a persona of your draconic prowess… yes, I am harmless to say the least, compared to your true form I am merely a grain of sand by the ocean… the dragon said. Y-your joking right… I can’t be that powerful… you said in disbelief and fell on your ass. Indeed you are, but rember that with great power come even greater responsibility… I know you will put your given powers to good use, however, you mustn’t let this great power lead you to the path of evil as your demonic prowess almost did… you long to find out about how you came to be and who your real parents are, but fret not child because once you awakened to our true self  all will be revealed… the dragon said as it glowed brightly. I am the true dragon god known as Kranos, my other half is sealed within your sacred, the half you call Alchemy… but I’m afraid the time is not right for you to awaken me fully, so I will suppressed this knowledge for now and give you a third of your true dragon god form until you use the juggernaut and awaken my full power as the true dragon god of chaos and become my dragon god kin… the dragon said as everything turned blanked.

He’s waking up now… Alchemy said as my eyes open. Finally, you were asleep for half an hour and that just gives us thirty minutes of sparing.. Vali said as he flexed his wings. This is too exciting! Vali shouted as he flew back. Then you fired a gigantic ball of draconic energy at him. Half Dimension! Albion chanted as the ball of energy shrunk to half its original size, then it exploded and knocked Vali a few feet back. You planted a trap in that energy ball, didn’t you… Vali with a an impressed tone as charged a beam of draconic a devil energy. You figured it out huh, your sharper that you look Vali, but this is the end of our little dance… you replied as you made several rainbow colored magic circles above the entire terrain.
