I GUESS I WAS WORRIED about addison not being with bryce yet. but, i needed the distraction as much as he did. this time of year was hard. and plus, we both swore that there would be no feelings attached. why not?

"if you're down im down." he smiled.

"okay...it's official." i chuckled.

"you're my friends with benefits."

"so when do those benefits start?" he asks, putting a hand on my thigh. i roll my eyes, gently slapping him.

"can we just chill for a bit?" i ask, leaning into the pillow. he nods, doing the same before resting his head on mine.

i go on instagram to check tiktokroom. "holy shit."

"bryce...the party thing that jaden threw, chase cheated on charli. with nessa." i frown, sitting up.

"shit i need to call josh." he does as he says.

"can we stay in charli's room? i wanna see if she's okay."

"sure." we walk over to her room. i knock, a few times before barging in. once i saw her crying, i walked swiftly toward her, letting her cry into my shoulder as bryce let me do the night before.

"i love you, okay char? chase is a bitch. he doesn't deserve you. you're such an amazing girl."

"then why didn't he choose me?" she cries.

"because he's dumb and thinks with his dick instead of his brain. i love you so much, okay? he doesn't deserve you." i smile at her. "we have dinner with our friends from back home right? now go get dressed and be the baddest bitch i know you are!" bryce smiles at the sight.

"ur super cool charli. don't let some softish ass motherfucker hurt you." bryce pats her head, jumping onto her bed next to us. i cuddle into his neck.

"go do ur makeup char!!" i smile, as she wipes her tears and walks over to her desk.

"i should go live." she says, turning it on as thousands of people join. i move from bryce's embrace.

"gimme ur phone, i wanna film a tiktok on it." i smile at bryce. he hands me his phone and i scroll through the sounds. i steal charli's pikachu to make it.

i hand bryce back his phone, chuckling while charli does her makeup. i smile once she plays jadens song.

"these thoughts in my head take control but when im down i beg for more.." i chuckle, "here let me call jaden." i laugh, pressing on is contact. after a few rings he answers. "hi jae, do u wanna be on char's live?"

"sure." he says. "is that my song?" he starts humming. "oh shoot gotta go. love you ugly ass." he hangs up.

"so you and jaden are like...close?" bryce hugs me from behind, whispering into ny ear.

"yea, he's my best friend."

"mmm." he smiles, kissing my neck. i jolted up in surprise, pushing him off, chuckling.

"that's my little sister!" i mouth turning away from the live. i grab my phone, pulling up titkokroom. "bruh, we're on the room." i laugh, refreshing it. a tweet by chase popped up. "bryce he posted something else." i paused looking at him worriedly. "since all my drama has to be put on the internet for the world to judge me, lets lay out everyone elses. anthony got with cynthia a week after we broke up on tour. oh shit. jaden actively tried to...hook up with dixie at our house in front of me while he was dating athena and dixie was dating griffin. wh-what? griffin cheated on dixie...jaden cheated on athena endless amounts for the past few months? are you-" i look at the live. "guys hes capping. jaden never did this. aurelia and bryce are hooking up, though im sure it was obvious. fucking bitch." i turn to the live again. "okay, bryce and i are flirty, that's for sure, but that's how our friendship works. we have never hooked up." i roll my eyes. charli ends the live to tweet something back at him.

"we're pulling up." bryce says, i nod following him.
