"What do you mean we're going to Lagos tomorrow."
"I mean dad instructed us to come and fetch you, everything is set so it's time for you to go"
" You have got to be kidding me, you want me to leave after I just made a friend and have started enjoying myself, can't we at least shift it a bit so I can say goodbye"
"No, I'm pretty sure you can say goodbye via the phone, now go pack your bags and come and prepare something for us to eat we're starving"
"Ok"
Great, just great. What will I tell Ebuka now.
I packed a few things I bought and took them downstairs for the driver to put them into the car, I made my way to the kitchen to weep up dinner because me myself my tummy was growling heavily.

Few minutes later, I was done cooking jollof rice. I dished food for the four of them and me then I went to have my bathe before eating. I thought of how long I've waited for this day and now it's here I'm not even happy. How would I break the news to Ebuka now. I decided to tell him when I was done eating. After showering and dressing up I headed to the dining room to join my siblings eat. The place was so quiet that you could hear a pin drop. I had nothing to say and I guess they didn't either so we just ate in silence until David decided to talk.

"So, how have you been coping while we were away" I almost choked on my food, so he's even gonna ask me that after they left me alone at home for almost a week.
"Ohh", I chuckled
"Since you so much want to know, when you guys left me alone all by myself in this big house without thinking for a moment I could have been kidnapped or robbed, I'll tell you all the things that has happened in the past three days.
First, I unintentionally caught Tony having sex with his step sister then he literally indirectly threatened me to not talk. Tony and some guys were caught trying to bury some drugs and they got arrested, they got bailed except Tony who will be in there for sometime as punishment. Tony threatened to make my life miserable, I had a dream where I was killed by Tony and you guys showed up just after I met a cute guy and want to make him my close friend, now what do you want me to tell him"

"Wow, about the Tony stuff, I'm not even surprised but the new friend dude, you have to tell him that you're leaving"
"That's so easy for you to say, he's my first real friend and now you want me to lose him too, that's so mean but yes I'll do something about him right after I'm done eating"
Ok, I'm sad about this, how will I tell Ebuka this now, but on the other hand I'm happy because before Tony will be released I'll be gone so he can't harm me which is a good thing. After eating I went to my room and decided to give Ebuka a video call after much consideration. I checked if he was online and by God's grace he was. So I called him first before I video called him. He picked up after few minutes.

Call begins
"Hello, ama what's up?"
"Umm, hey, how are you?"
"I'm cool shaa, about to play game on my console, any problem?"
"Well, none except one tiny little one"
"C'mon tell me"
"Ok, don't be angry but I'll be leaving for Lagos tomorrow and I don't know if I'll be coming back again"
"What?, How? why? and how come you're just telling me this?"
"I was going to but..."
"But what? you chose not to tell me, you knew you would travel and you still went ahead to make me your friend so that you can just ditch me, that's being wicked, selfish and self centered. You used me to catch cruise and now you're leaving. I can't believe this."
"I can explain"
"No, no need to, you've already caused more harm than good, goodbye and don't call me again."

Wow, so that didn't go well, at all. I don't get it. I'm just travelling, it's not like I'm cutting all ties with him, well still talk obviously, the only problem is distance. I'll take care of that mess later when I get to Lagos but I need to sleep because we'll be leaving as early as 8 in the morning. I had my bath and went to bed, tho it took me time but I finally slept off.
