... I saw the security man pushing some guys but I couldn't see their faces clearly because it was already night, I picked up my phone and rushed outside to get full gist of what was going on. Some people were already coming out from their houses to see what was going on. It was then I saw Mark, the security man pushing three boys whose identities were hidden behind masks. Everyone was either murmuring to themselves about what was happening or watching in silence, I decided to break the silence.

"Urm, Oga mark, what is going on, can you tell us what happened"
"Madam, as I dey do my night patrol, I come see as these boys dey bury something for ground, I come dey call them make I know wetin them dey do, they come dey run. As they run, I come dey chase them, this one(pointing at one of the guys) come dey shoot me but I dodge am catch them"
"Did u find out what they were trying to hide?"
"Yes madam, as I dey chase them I tell my boys to find out wetin the thing be"
"What was it?"
He collected a dirty bag from his colleague and emptied the contents on the floor, he picked up one of them and handed it to me, it was a whitish substance, it looked like, could it be...
"Drugs? They were smuggling drugs?"

I was so disgusted by this act and I really wanted to see the scumbags behind this, are they from this estate?, If no, then how did they get in?
"Take off their masks, I want to see the people behind this"
He took off their masks and I was shocked and disgusted to the core when I saw Tony and two other boys I didn't know. So Tony deals with illegal shit? mad oo, daddy must hear this one, let him see the kind of people he wanted me to be friends with. I shouldn't even be surprised sef, nonsense boy.

Everyone had gone home already getting tired but I followed the security men to the cell to make sure these disgusting animals were given what they deserved, Tony suddenly started acting all tough.
"Bail me out of this place this instant" Tony said through gritted teeth
"Hmm,  how do I said this, nop", I said popping the p.
"Meaning what, you better come and bail me out of this place"
"I don't think I would want to do that"
"And why not"
"I don't see the need to do so"
"If you don't bail me out of here ehh, I'll..."

"If you don't, when I come out from here and school resumes I'll make your life so unbearable that you would wish you were dead"
If I say I wasn't scared by his threat then I'm a damn liar. I was super sacred but then I remembered that before school resumes I'll be out of Enugu for good which means he can't do me anything. I'm so happy, I can't wait to leave this place so I won't be seeing his bloody ugly face, mtcheww. I looked at him and I couldn't help but laugh.
"Yeah right, oh my god!!!! I'm so sacred right now" I said while laughing
"If you think you still scare me then think again because your threats don't scare me, by the time you're out of that place you'll learn a few things about respect you mannerless he-goat"
"Lock him up, make sure he doesn't escape and before anyone should bail him out he should have stayed in there for atleast 48 hours, don't give him food, as for the other two guys, whenever someone comes to bail them, they can go"
"Yes madam, any other thing"
"Hmmmm", I said pretending to be thinking
"Nah, I'm good for now, if I feel there is a need to add another punishment I'll give you guys a call, goodnight"
"Hey, you don't have the right to do that, come back here", I was already pissed off by his annoyance, this should serve as a punishment for all he has done to me
"What or who makes you think I don't have the right huh, after all this is my father's estate and when he's out doing work I'm in charge, mtcheww",

I went back into my house, took another shower to relax my muscles and was about to sleep when I got a message from Ebuka. I won't lie, I was happy when I saw his message pop up on my screen, finally some life in my damn phone.

"Hey beautiful, I hope I'm not disturbing your sleep, I just wanted to be the last person to tell you goodnight, so goodnight, have a sweet and lovely sleep, don't let the bed bugs bite and dream of good, sweet and beautiful things just like you"
I couldn't help the smile that formed on my lips, maybe finally I'll have friends and people in my midst. I didn't want to seem desperate so I waited for at least five minutes before replying him "goodnight", then I went to bed
