Hiya furbabiez
I'm jut going to make this a finished story here soon but dont fret because if you would like I could probably do a #2 book if you would like but I don't think it will because if it did then it will be pretty hard to continue

Any ways onto the chapter

They pulled up to the authority and Midas was in awe.
"I didn't know they changed it up this much" he sighed stepping out of the boat.
"Yeah when I first seen it I couldn't believe it either" skye responded. Midas reached out his hand and she gripped it gently as he helped her to her feet.

"Now how do we get in there with out anyone noticing?" Midas asked
"Well,I'm not sure maybe we can just get Jules to come out here and we can act like we've been captured by her" Skye shrugged
Midas thought it was reasonable since she worked in ghost.

She walked up to the side if the authority and spotted Jules in her office. She picked up a few small fairly lightweight rocks.
"Just like old times huh?" Midas commented crossing his arms.
"Yeah,when I would throw rocks at your window To get your attention" Skye giggled softly

She threw one it knocked silently off the window.
Nothing happened
Skye tried again but this time she got a small reaction from her. She came to the window and seen them. Skye motioned her to come on and she rolled her eyes walking out of her office and out the main entrance.

"Mom dad?" Jules asked glancing over at Midas.
Jules froze.
She looked at Midas and Skye shocked.
All she could do was hug them tightly taking in every moment spent with them. "But I thought-" "yes I know everyone did" Midas cut her off.

Her heart was racing.
"What's with the suit" she asked
"Its only for a little longer and ill have it off" midas shrugged.
"What are you two doing over here your going to get you're killed" jules whispered

"I tried to tell her" Midas said crossing his arms.
"Midas!" Skye squeaked smacking his arm playfully.
"But,you went missing I thought you died due to the trail you left everyone in ghost was devastated" Jules sighed

"Yeah well we came for Tina we recently heard about her" Skye added. "Well she's doing just fine when she came here she seemed really hurt" Tina shrugged
"Well does she know about us?" Midas asked

"No not yet but I think you can get you guys in there if you'd like" Jules suggested. They nodded in agreement and Jules pulled my out her drum gun that was given to her on her first mission by her father.

"Come on I will lead you guys in" she said motioning them to follow her. They obeyed and followed her into the agency.
The henchmen didn't bother a few of them were shocked and stared at them surprised that their still alive.

Jules came to her office and let out a relived sigh.
"If you guys want to see her then you will have to see her one by one because with the state she's in right now she can get overwhelmed easily" Jules told them.
"Where is she?" Midas asked

"She's in the room at the end of the hall you can go and see her I will stay here with mom" Jules told him.
He nodded and kissed Skyes forehead before stepping out of the room closing the door behind him.

"So,did you know while your holding a gun you can automatically tell where the person will be shot if they die from being shot in the future?" Jules said smiling.
"Yeah probably because that person will shoot them" Skye shrugged.

Jules got up from her seat looking at her drum gun. Skye didn't notice because Her back faced Jules while she faced the door waiting for Midas.
"I think it will be right...here" Jules said placing the barrel of her drum gun on the back of her head. Skye inhaled sharply and froze as if she was frozen in ice.

"You know I really thought the last time I shot you it
would actually kill you hmm what a bummer looks like I have to do it all over again" Jules said smirking
Skye couldn't believe what she was hearing she couldn't tell what Jules ment.

"Did you really think I would betray shadow to help ghost?" Jules scoffed. Skye couldn't say anything her breath was caught in the back of her throat not bothering to let her speak.
"Even for my own family? My family that let me disappear. My family that left me to whatever dangers there were in the World. My family that didn't care if I was gone or not. You continued your life as if I had never existed" Jules told her.

"No J-Jules you don't understand" Skye stammered turning around quickly. Jules could see the straight fear in her eyes and hear it waver and shake her voice.

"Oh but I do" Jules said with the drum gun still pointed at her head. "No, we searched high and low for you ever since you went missing we loved you" Skye tried to explain.
"You loved me so much you let Oro take me? You call that love?" Jules asked

"Oro? What did he do to you?" Skye thought out loud.
"He pulled me from the world and introduced me to the thing called reality the thing that everyone hates the thing that you don't pay any mind to,and he helped explain to me what the world is really like and how each of your actions have a consequence" Jules told her.

"Then think about the consequence this action will have" Skye responded fear shaking her voice. "This one has none for me,I'm a woman of my word I promised to never betray shadow even if that means I have to lie,cheat,bribe,kill whatever the cost" Jules said placing her finger on the trigger.

"Jules you wouldn't" Skye said trying to snap her out of it.
"Oh but I would" Jules said finally pulling the trigger.
She shot her cold blood letting her body fall limp to the ground. The only thing audible was the gun shot from the bullet that shattered her skull.

"There's no recovering from that" Jules thought.
She shot the window twice and hid her drum gun. She screamed grabbing Midas' attention.

Midas opened the door with Tina behind him and he seen her. Jules was on her knees beside Skyes body.
"Skye?!" Tina shrieked pushing through Midas.
"Jules what did you do?!" Tina asked

"I didn't do anything their was a sniper outside I don't know who it was" Jules sobbed.
Midas ran over to Skye and fell to his knees he checked her pulse and there was nothing. "No pulse" he sighed "yeah she got shot in the fucking head there's no way anyone can survive that genius" Tina said raising her voice.

Midas sat on his knees and tears flooded his eyes quickly. Tina couldn't stand the sight of Skye anymore and left crying.
Jules hugged Midas' torso sobbing uncontrollably. Midas held her tightly and his chest shook with each breath he would take each one getting harder to maintain. Uncontrollable tears ran from his eyes.

"What are we going to do now dad?" Jules sobbed
"I-i don't know j-jules,I just d-dont know" he sighed shakily trying not to cry to hard but he already lost it.
Jules left the room and went into her own.
"Im so good at acting" Jules chuckled to herself

Midas looked at Skye as she layed limp in her own blood.
"Skye....I loved you too much,how could this have happened? Who would such a thing?" he sobbed laying his arms and head on her chest crying. Clinging onto her never wanting to leave her.

Sorry but sometimes happy endings just don't want to show up to the party do they.
So that is the end of Skye x Midas remember if you want me to do a part two then let me know but also let me know some ideas because I honestly just can't think of any.
