Bella confronts Edward because she thinks he likes her

"Edward can I talk to you?" Bella questions walking up to edward and I in her shy fragile state. "Alone." She adds as we look at her.
"Sure." He hesitantly answers looking at me and kissing my forehead. He walks off with her to the end of the hall, and she begins to speak.
"Whats going on?" She questions in a demanding way.
"What, what are you talking about?" He responds
"Look I-I know you like me so why are you being difficult." She just ups and blurts out with no actual proof. I listen in amused and confused by this situation. Edward looks down the hall to me confused as well then back to her.
"I think you're confused." He chuckles lowly
"Well-well then why are you always staring at me?" She questions?
Because you smell good, all of us stare at you. I think to myself
"Because you always stare at me, I just react. I dont like you like that bella. I'm in love with Y/n." Edward answers
"O-oh sorry I jus-I just thought..." bella trails off embarrassed.
"Its fine, ill see you later bella." He says walking back up to me with a confused face.
"Humans." I joke as he wraps his arm around me. He chuckles and kisses my temple. I really do feel bad for her though. Maybe we can be friends. Even though she hangs out with the wolves.
