"SO you really fought one of these things before?" Max asked both April and Steve who sat across from each other, the latter playing with his lighter. The two nodded, "And you guys, are like, totally, 100% sure it wasn't a bear?" She asked still trying to grasp what Lucas had told her.
"Shit. Don't be an idiot. Okay? It wasn't a bear." Dustin said, April squinted at her brother's sudden attitude. The red head wore a look of shock at his tone. "Why are you even here if you don't believe us? Just go home."
"Geesh. Someone's cranky. Past your bedtime?" Max sassed, standing up and making her way to the ladder up to Lucas who sat on the top of the bus on look out.
"That's good. Just show her you don't care." Steve nodded in approval.
