Become angry and then cry

For reasons

You can't really describe.

I wonder why you do this

Doubt yourself and then make mistakes

For reasons

You don't really know why.

I wonder why you do this

Spiral and then go haywire?

For reasons

You don't even need to care about.

I wonder why you do this

Hurt yourself and then hurt others

For reasons

That makes you regret all the time.
