Alessandra POV
When Alessandra got home she went straight to her room. She shut the door and locked it so she would not be disturbed. Alessandra then threw her bag on the floor and sat on her bed. She stared out the window until she lost track of time when she looked at the clock it read 6:43 she pulled out her homework and began working. Alessandra finished the last problem of her work and then she put it up. She went downstairs and fixed some dinner for herself. She quickly cleaned up and then went upstairs. She then got ready for bed and hopped in bed. Alessandra had a good feeling that tomorrow was going to be a great day.
Jason’s POV
Jason woke up an hour before his alarm clock. He was to excited to sleep. Jason got ready for his day making sure he looked nice for a first impression. He was in an unusual happy mood today and it seemed that the whole pack could tell. “What’s gotten into you today” Heath said. “Can’t a guy just be happy” Jason said. He was still irritated how Heath had treated Alessandra yesterday. “Yeah, but you are overly excited” Heath said. Jason just pretended he didn’t hear and jumped into his car he was not going to allow Heath to ruin his day.
While driving to school Jason allowed himself to think about his mate. He loved her and always would but he had to go on with life. He hadn’t dated since his mate was killed while hunting rogues. It had hurt and he had to take a year off being beta because he was so depressed He had gone two years without dating anyone and now he was starting to feel lonely. He noticed Alessandra a couple months ago but never had the guts to talk to her. Finally, yesterday he knew he was going to talk to her. He felt like she was his second chance to be happy. He didn’t know how but he already loved Alessandra and he had from the moment he laid eyes on her.
Jason finally entered the school parking lot and found his usual parking spot. He then headed into the school to wait for Alessandra. Alessandra entered the school and Jason’s heart started speeding at the sight of her. Jason quickly walked towards her before he could chicken out. “Hi, I’m Jason”. “Hi, I’m Alessandra”. Jason loved her voice it was so soft and quiet. He didn’t know what else to say it was like the words had left him after hearing her beautiful voice. He quickly said the thing he could think of. “I’m sorry about yesterday, Heath can be a jerk and I know what he did to you was cruel and wrong”. She looks at him shocked like she can’t believe someone is apologizing. “Thanks” says Alessandria. Jason then rubs his hand through his hair and says “I know this is probably to soon after everything that happened yesterday, but I really like you and I was wondering would you like to go to the movies with me”? Alessandra laughs at his cuteness and says “I would love to go to the movies with you”.
