"can you slow down?" i heard Ezran cry from behind me.

"C'mon guys, you were the ones who chose this path, can you atleast give us a break?" Callum also argued. I just rolled my eyes.

"I just need to put this down real quick" Ezran said and put his bag down and plopped down next to it.

"You both know that there is a simple solution to this, right?" Rayla turned to the boys.

"Just let us carry the damn egg!" I said, now annoyed.

"We can't really trust you fully yet, and you expect us to just hand you the egg?" Callum said.

"You know we can just take the egg at any time, cuz, ya know, you're a weak human, we're strong, badass elf assasins and everything" I said and crossed my arms.

"Yeah, that definitely helped me with the whole 'trust' thing" he said sarcastically.

"But that's the point, we actually don't do it!" Rayla argued.

"Guys?" Ezran said worriedly, but no one really paid any attention to him.

"Wow, congratulations, you both should have medals for that!" Callum crossed his arms and just continued with his sarcastic comments "but why don't you just take it?" He said with an angry tone.

"Guys!" Ezran said, now a little louder.

"We need a human to deliver the egg, it's the gesture of a human delivering the egg to the queen that really matters!" Rayla said.

I heard some cracking, I looked up and saw the ice cracking above us, and snow that was about to fall on us. I saw Ezran also looking at it. "Hey, shut your mouths for real" I said.

"Oh, great, so now you're just using us" Callum said.

I punched Callums shoulder "I said shut up, dude!" I whisper-yelled and pointed up. Both Rayla and Callum looked up.

"Oh, s-sorry" Callum said silently "I'll be as silent as a mouse"

"Not a peep" Rayla said.

"Good" I said silently as possible "let's just keep going" I turned to go away, but as I was about to start leaving, there was suddenly a loud burp. I turned around slowly, and looked up, the crack in the icy mountain got bigger, and snow was starting to hurl down on us. "Ok, change of plans, run!" I said to others and we all started running as fast as we could.

As I ran I noticed that Ezran was not able to keep up that well "move, slowpoke!" I said and grabbed him and started to carry him as we were running.

Rayla picked up bait, and Callum just tried to keep up with us. The avalanche was about to catch up with us, but Callum suddenly just stopped in his traks, so did we

"What are you going?!" I asked "we need to run!"

"Get behind me, quick!" I didn't really question him too much I went behind him quickly, Rayla following.

"Whatever you're doing, do it fast!" Rayla yelled to him. The snow is so close to us now.

He drew an air ruin in the air and said something, I didn't really hear it, because of the loud avalanche. He took a deep breath and exhaled it, really strong wind started to come out of his mouth, the wind made the snow that was coming towards us go right past us.

"Not bad, kid!" I yelled little impressed.

But of course you can't really have anything too good for too long. He soon ran out of breath, and the snow came tumbling down on us.
