My boys are beautiful uwu

Still Ravenpaw's POV

I sat on the roof of the barn. Some light snow was falling from the clouded sky. Barley was out hunting.

I dug my claws into the roof because with my luck and clumsiness, I would probably fall right off. I even wondered how I'm still alive. I shook the thought from my head, "That's mouse-brained." I said to nobody but myself. Graystripe and Fireheart left the barn a few hours ago. My ears perked up as I heard the smallest crunch in the snow. I gazed at the ground. I saw a small grey tabby she-kit. I quickly got down. Ha. I almost slipped a few times.

The snow was almost slush. It felt as if my paw pads were frozen. The tabby noticed me hop on the ground behind her, "Who are you?" She asked, bristling.

I was silent momentarily, flicking my ear, "I'm Ravenpaw. What is a young kit like you doing in the snow? Shouldn't you be with your mother?" I asked, worried. The kit stared, "I strayed from my mother." She admitted. I blinked, "Hm. You can come into the barn over there-" I flicked my tail towards the red barn. The she-kit nodded.

I spoke once more, "You should be really careful when your outside at night, twolegs let their dogs loose." I said and we walked into the barn. I wondered what I would tell Barley when he got back. The she-kit gazed around, "It's warm in here." She stated and lie down. I nodded, "Mhm." I hummed in agreement.

"Hi, Ravenp- wait where did you find a
kit." Barley asked, and padded over with a squirrel in his jaws. He dropped it once he sat down. I laughed a bit, "I found her while sitting on the roof. I offered to let her stay for a little while." I explained

Barley glanced at her, "Are you hungry?" He asked. The tabby nodded. She was just old enough for fresh kill. Barley pushed it over to the she-kit.

I glanced at her, "What's your name?" I asked. "Mountain." She replied and took a small bite.

"It's," Barley paused. He was searching for the word to use, "unique." He said at last. Mountain glanced at him and I, "I don't want even know what a mountain is." She shrugged.

I let out a small snort and the three of us talked for a while.
