Everythings fine

Hello shattered reflection

You've looked better

Wipe off the make up

Why don't you heal instead

Stop the crying, wipe the tears

Can't you see you're ok?

For just a moment

Let's silence the voices in your head

And as the seconds turn to days

The scars slowly fade away

Your cheeks have never been so pink

I am happy to be reporting

The success, I think it's working

I guess your ship didn't really sink

And I am no where close to butterflies

I am no where near those pretty rhymes

But I am no longer unsatisfied

I am more then ok, I'm feeling fine

I am no where close to destiny

But I have more then enough in me

To keep myself from crying at night

I'm more then ok, I'm feeling fine

There are papers there are numbers

There are things to be done

And I will stand I will work

And almost finish them all

It sure feels nice for once to walk

Not to run or stay standing

I no longer care for that

Perfect cushy landing

And I am no where close to butterflies

Ok, so the world isn't sunshine and roses

Forgive me if I'm wrong but doesn't everyone know this

So why are we still crying over spilt milk and minor set backs

Life is a risk, it's ok to be pissed, living just works like that

So why don't we just take a look in the mirror

You know you have looked better

Why don't you wipe off all your make up

Just heal yourself instead

Doesn't the air feel nice without the mask

If you need to scream, go ahead but it won't last
